“working there is great..the employee's have a very high tolerance for negative behaviours. mostly female for the entire staff so you have to be careful on certain days but even than they are trying to help..the most you have to deal with is the tone of voice conveying sincerity and mood..this particular store ..well I keep the bathroom clean the others do too..you get great conversation to go with diversity with all of their prnoducts...managers are on site to help depending on how busy it is ..takes a maximum time of five minutes for them to solve most problems. some prices are high and employees could be given more hours but it is a great store. the employees make a great environment for you to shop in and most customers care about the employees ..hard to criticize when I work there it feels biased but it is not..the customers here make the work environment better..you come in with a bad day and if you let the employee's speak you should walk out feeling better..maybe you talk to another customer ..they make each other feel better too. this store makes a good impact on it's community.”
“Dollar Tree in Commerce,Texas has opened doors, lights on but no management whatsoever working today (February 22, 2021). A “Store Closed until further notice” sign is out front but no associates working. I have notified the Corporate Office in Virginia but unsure of their protocols regarding this kind of situation.”
“My favorite place in town I love this store. The employs all make me feel important they work hard. They go above and beyond to help me. They all deserve raises their hard works and keep that store in tiptop shape. Very pleasant not running all over stuff. Well stocked. Very friendly.Give um all a big fat raise.”

“I have been coming into this store for years. But, for the past month to two, the store has undergone many positive changes. The new manager there, Peggy, is very professional and kind. She works side by side with her employees. (Never saw that previously). Between her and her new staff, the store is cleaner and more professionally ran. I am finally able to locate the items I am looking for. And, it matches it’s listed price! For someone that comes to the store as often as I do, this is important to me. (Compared to the previous manager..Which I give a 2. Peggy and her team are a 9!). It seems as though they work as a team. Very please with my recent experience!!”
