Whenever I cash a check that was written by one of their customers', they want to see two forms of ID of mine. The 2 bank tellers didn't accept my Veterans Affairs card as one ID, but requested my credit card.I was notified by my credit protection agency after each of those 2 times I presented them my credit card as a form of ID.What do they do with my credit card number whenever it's used as a form of ID whenever I cash one of their customer's checks?

Worst banking experience ever. Had my account hacked for a lot of money. Requested it be locked and new one issued was told all I needed was stop payments and it would be ok. After several more withdrawals I had it locked. Account was to be canceled in May after I transferred every dime to TDECU and another credit union. Last week I was alerted I was overdrawn with fees, account wasn’t closed and had to start the process again. Don’t use this bank if you want to avoid headaches. Only person here who attempted to be helpful was the branch manager Eric. Finally after nearly four months, 10 fraud request and a police report they say it’s closed for good. Do yourself a favor and never use Wells Fargo.
