Price, communication and concern for the customer was on point. Called me immediately when the defects were adding up to ask if he should continue with the inspection or stop. Glad he did before I was charged for the extra items I requested to be done.

This was the second home inspection that Mr. Barrie has done for me. Just as on the first inspection, he was punctual and very thorough. He took the time to show me his concerns and explained them. He provided the reports for the home inspection and the sewer line inspection and video as promised. Both were easy to understand and follow. He is such a nice and conscientious person. I highly recommend Mr. Barrie!!
