the city and county agencies donot like each other, the city dog pound is a secret facility where public has no view or even a address. I wouldnt sugest moving ther or visiting because thats how i found out obout the pound they took my 8lb shitzu and now no one knows where she is. when the goverment has secret facilities nothing never comes out of that good history has taught us that time and time again. kinda smells of the nazi concentration camps that so many of of fathers and grandfathers fought and died to stop,i think every living animal has a place on gods earth.
