Went in and was greeted by a loud barking dog and an even louder angry rude old lady. Told us the air bars were old and her boss just said push the sale. 3 red flags immediately horrible experience. Yelled at me to get out bc I didn’t answer her questions since I wasn’t buying.

Went in to look around, older lady was very loud, seemed angry or tense, not sure. She just seemed to interrupt us at every turn as if she had all the answers, would let us talk at all. Ive been vaping for 10 years, i do know a little bit. We may have bought more if it wasn't for her attitude. My Lady had asked prices on a 'oney' (one hitter) the lady said I don't know what that is, I don't believe in made up words. Customer service includes listening to your customers.

Debbie was amazing! You cannot beat the prices. We stopped once and got 4 disposables and before we left town we had to stop again for another 4 more. ? I thank you crystal beach for keeping us sane with plenty of nicotine.

1st time shopping there yesterday. Met with Debbie and she is a reall great asset for this store. I told her my issues that I was dealing with and she immediately knew how to fix it.. if you are dealing with mild joint pain (mine is from taking prednisone) she has the right products to help your quality of life. Highly recommend and ask for Debbie!!

I'm here on Vacation and was glad I stopped here. I had a great experience. Debbie pointed me in the right direction and was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'll be back next time I'm here. Plus she recommended a new vape flavor that was very good. Thanks Debbie.

Debra has a bad attitude and poor customer service. I will no longer shop there again. I don't appreciate your employee Deborah yelling at me. I will tell everyone to shop at vape & more . They provide any information you may need & their prices are much cheaper!

Nice cozy place. Very friendly woman i spoke with at the counter. I enjoyed talking to her so much i didn’t even catch her name!! So sorry if you see this. lol. She informed me about a lot of information of thing i do not know about manufacturing and trademarking of some things i was curious about. I felt very comfortable and got great products. Thank you!
