This is the most unprofessional daycare, I’ve ever dealt with. I just thank god that I never got to the point where I let my kid attend. I paid over the phone in order to hold a spot for my son. Which the only reason I paid over the phone is because I was told that the availability would be the following week. When I dropped off the paperwork and asked for a for sure date I was told that someone would call me with it. I gave them a week then reached back out. When I finally got in touch with someone after getting the runarounds. They then told me the soonest they had available was 3 months later. Which I responded this must be a joke. The ladies in the office aren’t informative at all they just take registration fees for the money and refuse to give you a refund for their miscommunication. Every day I called they were extremely disrespectful and always tried to find an excuse as to why they can’t refund my money. If they’re money hungry over a registration fee I can only imagine the things they do to fake it so your kid can continue attending.

Xplor had wonderful, engaged teachers about 5-6 years ago. Management changed once a year for a while and I have not seen the same quality it once had.

I have had my children at Xplor Preschool and School Age Care in Crowley for 3 years now. I cannot say enough about the staff, the facility or the leadership. I have had the privilege of having my children in preschool, kinder and school age care and all around hands down recommend! Both my children have grown in a safe and exploratory environment. They are encouraged and well looked after. The bus ride was safe from school, and something my kids looked forward to. I am so very grateful for this staff! My children enjoy their time with Mr. Tommy, Ms. Destiny, Ms. Kristin and many others that have been there throughout the summer, winter breaks and parents night out. We look forward to continuing our time here!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I enrolled my son in the school age summer program and we have continued here since. If I could give this team a million stars I would. This is the most professional, compassionate, and engaging staff! My son has struggled with social skills and I was very nervous, but this team proved there was no need to worry. My son is allowed to be himself and he feels safe each day. There is always amazing teachers and staff to support at all times and I've been impressed with their insight and how they work with children to help them grow. If you need a great place for you children, look no further. Crowley Xplor is the place to be and all programs are a big win!

I cannot give enough praise and compliment to the infant one teachers at Xplor! Miss Jane has cared for both my children, and I consider her almost a second mom—she is so attentive to each child’s unique needs, and is so loving toward each of them. Miss Carla and Miss Naara are newer to me, but they deserve equal praise in my book—they are both such kind and gentle souls, both to the babies and their parents. I would trust any baby with them. The entire infant one team is just excellent! Thank you for all the care you’ve given my kiddos. It means the world.

My baby is now 6 months old and I’ve had him in daycare since he was 2 months old.Xplor has been nothing short of amazing and kind to my baby. He smiles whenever he sees his teachers and the front desk ladies always greet him by name when we come and go. They also have great spirit days and monthly events. I highly recommend Xplor Crowley to any new parents!

I wanted to say that the great teacher Tim is an absolute pleasure to have as my son’s instructor. My son feels safe, has fun and enjoys his teachings. Thank you for all the hard work that you do Tim. Your efforts do not go unseen. I am thankful to God for having you sir.

My kids really love this summer camp/ day care! Teachers are outstanding! And the kids come home laughing and telling us all about their day! Thanks for taking such great care of our kids!

Our toddler has been attending Xplor since September and I have nothing but good things to say. Admittedly, I am not the easiest parent to deal with and our kiddo has some complexities that require a more watchful eye....Xplor has been nothing but beyond accommodating. School is always excitedly anticipated and the growth in education, social skills and overall as a little person has been astronomical since she started. We toured several schools before landing on Xplor and I couldn't be happier with them!

Love this place! I was scared to put my son in a daycare/preschool, but I'm so Happy I put him at xplor! I wish I had done it sooner. Everyday when my son comes home, his ONLY complaint is he doesn't like the food, (he's a picky eater.) If that's his 1 and only complaint then this mom is happy! I especially love the daily pics, and updates on what the kids are learning. When my other son is 3, we will definitely be putting him in xplor!

Follow your own protocols!There is NO enforcement of parents masking at drop off and pick up and teachers don’t wear them correctly at all

Love sending my baby to Xplor. The teachers are so sweet and attentive. My baby is learning so much (baby sign language!) and developing important play and social skills.

This is a great daycare. My daughter is happy to be dropped off every day. The staff is friendly, professional, & they love the kids. They also do an excellent job of sending photos & updates throughout the day.The only bad thing is that it is next to Starbucks so I find myself spending money on expensive coffee far too often. :)
