“Very good prices, but don't expect anything extra. There isn't any windshield cleaning or anything else other than trash. Some have an air compressor for a fee.It's usually very busy, so expect to wait a bit.”

“This was my first time going to this Sam’s. Overall it was a good experience except that I had a bit of trouble with the scan & go. I pulled up the QR code while I was in line to get the code scanned. I suddenly got the feedback screen pop up and that usually pops up after it’s scanned. The employee still made me look for the QR code but I explained that I already got the feedback screen and she kept telling me to go to my receipts and I did several times and she would tell me that’s not the right code so finally she just checked the receipt and let me go. Other than that I had no issues and the samples were great as always.”

I was having trouble with my card working at the gas pumps, Jeanna made sure everything was in working order before I went back to the pumps. When I was convinced the art of quality Customer Service was lost with this newer generation along come Jeanna.”
