why the hell does it take 30 minutes to get your rx???? WHAT are they doing in the pharmacy that takes THAT long that the line backs up to 6+ cars and the wait time for each car is 25-30 minutes?

I am super impressed with Lupe from the pharmacy. She is always so friendly and even remembers my name! I love to see her when I come because I know I will be receiving the best customer service!
