People at the front desk talked down to me, trying to tell me how I should care for my pet. I told them my dog was ready for their 3rd round of shots, and they kept telling me that she was too young. I have the paperwork to prove she's already had her first 2 shots on time, and even a veterinarian has told me it's time for the 3rd round. But they made their opinion about it loud, and one employee even smirked and made sure all the other customers knew their opinion. Absolutely horrible service from the people working at the front on May 19, 12pm.

I was looking at flea medicine. Online the price was 29.99 but when I got to the store it was 32.99. I asked to get the internet price but was told no. This is not a big company that has a lot of online orders. When looking for most of the items they sell most people check the internet first. I won’t be back. I have horses dogs snd cats but other feed stores will get all my business from here on out. They have one price online and in store

The gal dispensing propane needs to understand how to do it! She closed the tank valve & started to dispense…shouldn’t be dealing with the propane! I’m a licensed person thru the RR Commission so I do know what should take place

Called in advance to confirm they had me feed that I needed they told me they had it in stock they gave me a price drove up there they did not have the feed they didn't even know what it was I had written it down and everything they just wanted to get me up there and hopes that I would buy whatever they had their which was not what I needed a waste of time,money and gas

They were very helpful, had everything we needed, and the door looks so nice! I think they had even more to offer than the other locations. We might have bought a ton since there were all kind of goodies. I love how the inside of the store looks. It looks a bit like an old western village. I love it. Everyone there was kind and very helpful with all our questions.
