My husband&kids had the most unpleasant visit today. They went to the flower shop and while looking at the flower selection for husband's mother, her birthday. The worker a heavy set elder white woman kept shadowing them and asking if they needed something and they could not comfortably shop becauE she would follow them around and stare them down

Friendly staff, Good prices.Update-2024: I noticed that items which were marked with a label (ex: mini cupcakes, other baked goods) had different prices for the same items. For example, the same cupcakes were marked $4.99 and $3.99 with a large orange/red sticker for $2.99.Other items in the store were marked much higher than expected.

We ordered online for a pickup order. We were notified order was ready for our pickup time. Sent message in app that we were on the way. Arrived checked in to bay space, and then waited 30 minutes for our order. Had to call and told us 5 more minutes. Then no show. Went in and got a useless manager and told us 45 more minutes with no apologies. Informed them i wanted to cancel and full refund, as I was not going to wait a total of one hour and fifteen minutes. I asked for the district manager number and only would give a 1-800 number. This all could have been avoided if they would have informed us upfront when we checked-in that the order was not ready. So much for customer service any more. Take your business to other more qualified store who are not deceptive and can give good customer service.

They rip you off if you order in pick up, or delivery!!!! Add more, or larger items than you ordered. Give you what’s about to go bad first. Give you the fattiest meat. I’ve let a few things slid, but never getting my business again!

I will not be shopping here again. Talk about kidney failure in a bottle. I went to customer service to show it to them. The woman was standing behind the customer service desk. She clearly saw me standing there. I had to ask her if she was working before she would help me. And there were no other customers at the desk? Not to mention the bottle was orange when it's normally red. I could tell by looking at it something wasn't right. It expired March 2023.

Skip this store COMPLETELY! If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I waited for my pickup order no lie, for almost 2 hours. The first young man who brought my groceries out (finally after 2 hours) was rude and disheveled. The only person trying their very best to expedite my already late groceries and keep a calm demeanor, in the face of my irritation, was named Alyssa. Finally, my groceries arrived sans MULTIPLE items that were then out of stock because of how late they pulled my order. The supposed manager, Mattias or Mathias came out and offered no explanation and a $15 dollar gift card for almost $200 dollars worth of groceries, late and unfilled in their entirety. My advice? Go somewhere, anywhere else in the surrounding area with competent workers.

I always shop here and Friday morning I came in and the deli was dark like normal 7:15 ish. The bakery ladies just looked at me with no acknowledgement. I finally said to them are one of you ladies working over here? And they said no. The one lady told me the person working in that department just went to the office she'll be right back. I waited a little while longer and decided to go get all of my other things and come back. When I went back I waited for quite some time, then I asked again, can one of you help me? So one of the ladies called the person who was supposed to be in that department . Then the lady tells me she is not here yet she had to take her kid to school. So I asked if they could help me and she said no because they have not been trained on the slicer. I said that's ridiculous!! then that lady says to me, you can call corporate if you want and I said oh I will!! I was late to work due to this. This store has terrible customer service!! I will drive all the way to the Burleson one from here on out. MsAndrews
