Staff not that friendly. Pharmacy is horrible.refused to take my VA card & US Passport as identification? And i had to prove to the US government three times, who i was & i was a US citizen? Told me they only accept state issue ID???? Last time I check, US Government was higher than State.

We go to Krogers for groceries, not to be bothered by an electric utility salesperson. HEB is calling my name.

Dollar General, on its worst day, shows better customer service than this place. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
I've lived 3 minutes away from this store for the past 9 years, and I will drive 10+ minutes out of my way just to avoid it. I've seen lines stretch clear across the store (no exaduration) from the self checkout because they don't give a damn about their customers. Just trying to break a 20$ will get you nowhere.
If you value your time and getting at least decent service for the money you work hard for, avoid Kroger. HEB, Albertsons, and Walmart are all much better choices.

Kroger has always been my go-to, neighborhood, grocery store. They have the things I need.

Online store hours do not reflect our actual hours. I think it's because they're going through a remodel I'm guessing cuz I saw things getting moved but at the very least it could avoid the confusion by actually putting the right hours. It's just that to me that's not a very good customer experience to have to see oh they're open till 1:00 it's 10:00 I got plenty of time or so we closing 20 minutes. I get that we can suggest it at it but it should be up to the store to be clear about their hours.

I was in Kroger today getting flowers for my mom. I put the flowers in my shopping cart and the vase fell over. I walked over to the ladies in the flower department to let them know that there was water on the floor. I stated “I wasted water on the floor”. Sheila, the lady and the flower department looked very confused when I said this. She proceeded to say three or four times you wasted the water, you wasted the water. What do you mean you wasted the water you mean spilled, in a very demeaning tone. After realizing apparently, Sheila was having a bad day, I proceeded to go check out in the self checkout line. I then overheard her telling another coworker that my English was incorrect, and she couldn’t understand what I was saying, and that the word was spilled. Hopefully sheila can have more customer service training.

It seems every time I come here outside sales people stop and bother me. I have no idea if Kroger even allows this. I like coming here for the location but am about to just drive to the really nice store in Burleson or the Walmart just to avoid these people.

Completely unprofessional and irresponsible manager at the self checkout. Chappa lets people jump the line and says “have a good night “ when someone complains to him.

Rude unhelpful employees especially the short manager. THEY charged me for my bread but didn’t load it in my cart. Went back in to let them know and the rude cashier pointed to the manager who said it’s clearly not here ( although the bagger said he remembered bagging it) but your welcome to grab one off the shelf. Also that store has issues with locking up my debit card.

One more reason to never to go to Kroger again. Now they have electric service sales people walking around harassing you while you grocery shop. Tell one of them no, and get hung up by another one just a few steps later. That's awful to me.

I like this store but what I don’t like about it those electricity companies representatives, they walk in store and talk to people then they try to enroll them and sign documents without knowing they are actually enrolled! This is so annoying and not right, there was a rep that was trying to convince me and he asked to sign a document and it says agreement on enrollment! I hope Kroger take action and stop this, otherwise people will stop going there and shop from other stores
