CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH FOR PRAISE FOR THESE FOLKS! The manager the tech the staff all very helpful. I was turned away at other places and nobody wanted to work on my Tesla Model 3. They replaced my undercovers front and back and having never done it. They did a great job and very honest. I'll definitely be back. If you have a Tesla and need something done like this go to them!

I had a great experience with Grumpy's Auto Repair & Body shop. The staff was friendly, the price was fair and the work was great. Jackie was friendly and made me feel comfortable being in a car shop.

I’ll sum it up for the people. Some of the individuals that work at this place. Definitely lives up to the name of the shop lol. I’m saying this based on a phone call.*
Maybe a mandatory employee, customer service mannerism class, should be taken by the employees. Because boy oh boy………

Excellent service and Communication!!! I brought my car in thinking I would have a major repair. Ended up being something simple.As a woman finding a honest mechanic is not easy. Very happy customer ?

Neighbors canopy caught wind and blew into our car. We took car to get quote to repair damages and put it back to new again. Quoted $905 With that cost we thought yes they will do just as they said. They had it 2 days and then call us 1hr prior to closing. We get up there and see it’s dirty on the side that was “fixed”. Noticed a pit in middle of the door. We asked about fixing that and was told “we didn’t know you wanted show car quality” then asked if they buffed the rear door out and as looking at the scuff Chris licks his finger and rubs the scuff mark off and it was clear that no such thing happened. He then says “I have this new kid working on it and he didn’t clean it up”. So if you want “show room quality” and some unsupervised kid to not full fill the job and pay premium then this is the place for you. If not then highly recommend you not mess with this one. We thought we a rating like they have and 40 years in business that they’d do proper work. We left it again to be fixed and thought on it over night and with placing blame on a kid and the “show car quality” comment. It’s apparent that they have done all they can. Notice also the inner door is missing the round tab. They charged me for a new Tahoe emblem but kept that piece. Glad we went and got it today. Not worth worrying what else they may do to our car.
Added a pic of after cleaning the door with soap and water. No wax as directed by Grumpy’s not to do. Looks like the same dirt left on the step rail and in floor board was also blown into the custom “show car paint job”
Pro TIP. Clean the surface of what will be painted before and afterwards. You will never get another chance with anything we have. This was it and well… now our “show car” will not be a show car anymore. I know now why you didn’t clean it like every other reputable body shop does.

If I could give zero stars I would. Took my truck there and they said that it would be 1500 to fix a water pump (which costs less than 200 to buy) but that after that my engine block might be ruined anyways. But they couldn't check until I paid 1500 for the water pump to be installed. Took it somewhere else and it cost 800 and had zero other problems. Half. It was half what they told me. Horrible service. Just because grumpy is the name doesn't mean you have to be a pr$%k every time you talk to a customer. Will never go back under any circumstances. This used to be a great place. It has become awful. Never go there

Just wanted to say thanks to Chris. I just made a simple call to see about bringing my car in. Chris could've just scheduled me and looked at my car, but instead he asked questions. His going above and beyond temporarily solved the issue I was having. It was actually really simple and something I should've already checked. Well I called him back to thank him and he asked if I could come by the shop to take a further look. I checked things out for me and didn't charge me for his time. I haven't had anything repaired at this shop, but based on this simple act of hospitality, I most definitely will if I run into any mechanical problems.

Recently my car was acting oddly and I went to Grumpy's. The gentlemen looked at it and gave an estimate on what needed to be done. They did the work, had it done on time at the exact price. And now my car sounds like my cat. It purrs, meow.I'm grateful for Grumpy's.

Would have been 4 stars because price was extremely affordable compared to everyone else and it was a quick turnaround. However, a clip was missed at bottom of grill so grill stuck out on one side upon reinstall. I had to have a friend go back to rig the wiring for the LED lights to an existing fuze which took all of 20 minutes and he fixed the grill back into place! Could have had him do the whole thing with me had I known he was gonna be available to do so before I went to you. Having said that, you were fast and affordable. Just could have been a little more observant and probably could have figured out the LED install while I was there rather than finish without attempting it and tell me to come back to see if you could do it next time and then pay additional labor! I know that I said that if my car wasn't compatible for the LED part that it was cool not to worry about it but it was an easy set up to wire after all. Im not really mad, but it did irritate me because I like your shop and you were highly recommended.
