The pharmacists is incredibly disrespectful, I was nothing but nice to this woman but because it was 5 minutes before she went on her lunch break she didn’t wanna give me my prescription. They already had most of the doors closed and even after explaining that I needed my medication because I have to take it by a specific time each day she told me my doctor was wrong??? And that she was “going to lunch” and didn’t wanna take care of getting me my meds. I will MEVER use CVS again to fill my prescription because of this woman. HORRIBLE customer service, every time I come it’s always something new but telling me my doctor didn’t know what they were talking about was the cherry on top. EVEN THOUGH she doesn’t know my specific medical condition or the parameters that me and my doctor talked about for how I should specifically take my medication. Horrible service and this woman needs to be held accountable. No way this many people are having issues with the same lady but they refuse to take action! Walgreens it literally across the street go there instead!

I understand everyone needs a lunchbreak. I have no issue with that. But atleast have the courtesy to put out cones or closed signs for the people who waited 23mins in drive thru line and was finally at the window!! who desperately needed those meds for bp asap to get the window closed in their face w/a few mins to spare.

Pharmacy Dept. attitudes are horrible. They act as if they have not a care in their bodies. I'm sure there are customers who come in very sick, and doesn't feel like dealing with their attudies.

You need more than one person doing checkout there is no reason for people to wait over 30 minutes to get medication

I had both of my bi monthly refills transferred to Sam’s club. Saved me so many headaches and time. I feel awful for the employees because they’re clearly trying (at least the ones I see in person when I go.) Although on the phone the customer service was terrible. Short and snappy, no greeting and a short dismissal with a quick hang up. They told me out of nowhere that they no longer take my insurance so I had to transfer all my meds out anyways, so I guess it worked out in my favor. My advice, if you’re polite take your business elsewhere. Some of these people act like they WANT an argument ?.

It’s a good pharmacy, but the fact that they close early, especially on weekends does a disservice to us patients. And least open until 10pm so that when we need meds,we can have that done extended time for pickup.

One star is honestly too much. This is the SLOWEST cvs or pharmacy I have ever went to. Customer service is less than 1 star as well. Save your self the time and DO NOT send your prescriptions here. Honestly the chain should consider shutting it down- it’s truly that bad.

My husband recently went to the minute clinic this past week and he told them his symptoms and chalked it up to be an upper respiratory infection. Sore throat.. cough.. lil tired.. common cold like the COVID. He did not get any testing.. to exclude at least.Well this week I had the same symptoms. But yesterday got the abnormal smell and taste.. which I feared was like last time and have covid.. bought a test and was positive. Shame on you minute clinic . I think you should check just to confirm! What is the harm in testing? Especially if you still have to isolate.

Literally the worst pharmacy in town. After waiting in the drive through for a minimum of 30 mins with sick children, they won’t merge my husband’s insurance to my child’s account and told me that I will need to come inside to do that. Do yourself a favor and go to any other pharmacy. Always the worst experiences here.

I will not use this pharmacy again and I live within a mile of this location. They really don't deserve the one star. I had to wait three days for my perscription to be filled. No one wants to go to the Doctor and then have a three day wait for the medicine and this isn't even the first time. When I pointed this out, I was told I could always change pharmacies. I have decided to exactly that and am taking their advice to heart and changing. There is absolutely no customer service and apparently the corporate office pays no attention to the CVS reviews.

UPDATE SINCE THEY HAVE GOTTEN RID OF THE RUDE PHARMACIST AND TECHS EVERY ONE IS GREAT. Festus is still extremely rude and very condescending to the people that come in there for prescriptions have heard him disregard and put down so many people asking questions about their medication or other things that pertain to their medicationThis pharmacy has messed up too many times to count. Texting or calling that medication is ready then when we go to pick up they say nobody called or we only have 1 or 2. Same meds for over 10 years! People who work there are extremely rude. Transferring everything somewhere else. Do deserve any stars but had to give 1 in order to leave a review.Worst place if they don’t have the medicine prescribed by a doctor, they will tell you that you have to go back to the doctor and get another prescription for another pharmacy. ZERO STARS

Do not go through the drive through at this location unless you are willing to wait at least 30 minutes!

Went into Crowley location to get a home COVID testing kit as my son saw them yesterday when came into minute clinic and nurse showed him where they were.I just now went to get two kits so stood in line and waited to ask pharmacist. He sarcastically said “they’re up front” I’m 72 years old which is more reason to be nice. How was I to know they were behind the registers? I get around very well and am very athletic for my age. I was working full time until 3/24.Will not return to this location even though I live 2 miles away. Probably go to Walgreens across the street.

Horrible experience with the pharmacy tech name Ola (or at least that’s what she said her name was, she was very hesitant to give to to me so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was fake). I went in to get a prescription for my cat. Right away she was very rude and hesitant to give it to me, she made me call my veterinarian to have them give her a call so that she could look up the prescription even thought I had a paper copy of it that I gave to her. Not sure why she was being so difficult about the entire situation, when I went to pick it up it was under my cats date of birth which i did not know the exact date because we had just rescued him. She rudely replied ‘how do you not know his date of birth’, but when she was putting in the prescription she asked for my information and my date of birth, how was I supposed to know she was going to put a random birth date for my cat. Very rude employee and she handled the entire situation horribly. Hopefully they get rid of her because this is not job for her.
