CVS Health is a pharmacy and healthcare provider that offers a range of services, including coronavirus (COVID-19) testing. The testing is limited to eligible individuals in select states, and anyone aged 10 or older can get tested, with minors under 16 requiring an adult accompaniment. The reviews of the CVS pharmacy experience are mixed. Some customers have reported issues with prescription availability, delays, and rude staff, leading them to transfer their prescriptions elsewhere. However, other customers have had positive experiences, praising the clean and well-organized store, helpful staff, and the convenience of self-checkout. The pharmacy staff are often described as overwhelmed, with limited resources to handle the high demand for prescriptions. Customers are encouraged to be patient and kind, as the staff are doing their best to provide quality service. Overall, CVS Health offers COVID-19 testing and a range of pharmacy services, but the customer experience can vary. Customers are advised to check availability and be prepared for potential delays or issues with prescription fulfillment.
I understand everyone needs a lunchbreak. I have no issue with that. But atleast have the courtesy to put out cones or closed signs for the people who waited 23mins in drive thru line and was finally at the window!! who desperately needed those meds for bp asap to get the window closed in their face w/a few mins to spare.

Pharmacy Dept. attitudes are horrible. They act as if they have not a care in their bodies. I'm sure there are customers who come in very sick, and doesn't feel like dealing with their attudies.

You need more than one person doing checkout there is no reason for people to wait over 30 minutes to get medication
