Very good service by very good people. With regard to the negative reviews, I tell people that they are responsible for their own car.
The mechanic is not a magician. If you use cheap gas for your car all the time, the car will suffer. Take care of the car and it will take care of you. Keep a record of maintenance, how old the battery is, etc. Simple way to do this is to create an electronic folder under your Yahoo or Gmail acct and send yourself emails on the car noting date and mileage. Do this and your car will live! :)

Our Dodge 1500 needed a new engine so we had called several places around town to see where we were going to get our engine replaced and what the prices were. Crowley Tire & Auto is the only place that treated us great and answered my husbands list of questions and treated us with respect. We brought our truck in at lunchtime on a Tuesday and it was ready for us Friday morning! Truck is running great and we are very happy with the work they did for us. We are very grateful for the fast service and the discount we were given. You have a new customer for life!

Crowley Tire and Auto Service has helped us out several times. They’re professionals and relatively inexpensive. They also have the only alignment machine in the area that can work on duallys. Highly recommended.

Won’t fix your car but they give you a fun little air freshener!
My mom brought her car in due to the engine light being on, they said it just needed a tune up. Drove it home, and the light came back on. We took it back and they told us she needed a whole new engine !
We left and as soon as we left the second time, the car overheated and there was no coolant in the car.
But they gave us those air fresheners! So it works out

I gave the lady up front very specific detail about starting my truck and I was watching they started it up and was really rough with my truck without following given directions I will not be going back ???

I brought in my corolla to get a new set of tires, from which I bent two(2) after getting spun into a curb, and my wheels to get straightened. Tanya walked me through the cost and then had the work done to my vehicle. Friendly staff and trustworthy work, my car no longer shakes me like a rattle can and is smooth going down the road, thank you to Tanya and the rest of the staff who worked on my vehicle, I will be returning again.

Crowley Tire is my go to because no matter what day or hour I come into the shop I am met with the most up beat and friendly staff at the desk. The guys have never failed me here. I was pleasantly surprised coming to Crowley Tire and Auto. Their customer service is very friendly and professional, it is a breath of fresh air in the car service industry. They took care of a tire problem for me with great customer service and a fair price.
I will likely be using them in the future for all my car inspection and tire needs.
I’ve had poor experiences at Discount Tire, Firestone, Kwik Kar and other similar places with rude and unhelpful staff members that view customers as inconveniences.
