I had the best service ever at autozone in Crowley Tx. On Crowley rd. An employee there name is Gustavo G.. This man really doesn't know how much he helped me out on Sunday evening when I went there to purchase a headlight for my car. I didn't have a clue on what I was doing. I purchased the light and he came out to take a look at my car to make sure that it was the right fit for my car. And without me asking him to he install the headlight for me. I'm so thankful for him. He really Blessed my day. We need more nice guys like him working in fertility like this. Autozone is the best. Thank you so much Mr. Gustavo G.. That made my day .

I went to get a new headlight bulb for my suv, and the customer service was excellent!! The gentlemen got me what I needed, and changed it out for me! Greatly appreciated, and I will continue to use this location!! Thank you!

I needed to get my car scanned. I walked in and was approached by Cat. She was very kind and very polite. She scanned my car and it showed no issues. She explained why my OD off light was flashing and saved me a trip to my mechanic. Thank you Cat

I went in on Thursday night right before closing, because my driver break light went out. And the Jerry helped me get the right bulbs and even offered to help replace it. I love the fact that even though it was closing time Jerry and Gustavo did not rush me, but went above and beyond to make sure my light was replaced. Thanks for the exceptional customer you guys!!

I had to visit AutoZone in Crowley today because my battery died. Steve was incredibly helpful in finding the right replacement and provided a wealth of information about batteries. I highly recommend this location.

I had to travel out to the Crowley store to get a specific part that was not available at other stores. I called ahead to make sure that the part was there and Gustavo not only assured me it was there, but went Out of his way to grab it and put eyes on it before hanging up the phone, since I had driven to three stores previously that said they that part and actually did not. Adolfo assisted me at checkout by answering all of my 20 questions With and honesty! Best AutoZone experience I’ve had thank you Adolfo and Gustavo for representing customer service in today’s that is hard to find!

Adolfo Enriquez is truly one of a kind; it’s been quite a while since I’ve seen a young person help the way he did. He went above and beyond to help us without hesitation. There are several places that would do anything to have customer service like Adolfo provides! Go bigger Adolfo!

04-12-24 8:10am....walked in and NOBODY would even acknowledge I was there. One guy went by pushing a cart looked up at me and immediately put his head down so I wouldn't ask him anything. So then I walk up to counter and look around and see a women on the far left. She looked up a seen me then put her head down. Didn't even greet me or ask if I needed any help. And BTW I did. Needed wipers and ac compressor. But forget it. I'll go to O'Reillys where I know I'll get great customer service. Screw this place. I'm not trading with anybody that doesn't want my business.

I can't say enough about how helpful your employees are.
I needed a new battery in the car and I had gone to a big box store the day before. That place was a nightmare, and they made me wait two and a half hours before telling me that the battery I needed wasn't in stock. So frustrating.
I called AutoZone after I finally came home and they told me they had the battery I needed. The next day I went there and found that they did have it, The young man behind the counter installed it in pouring rain! It's been a long time since I've seen customer service that was so above and beyond. From now on, you guys are my choice!

I came in for brake pads today and Steven comes in after helping a customer fix his car outside and provides me with outstanding customer service and a great deal for my brakes. Not to mention his useful advice about how to fix my brakes in an affordable way. Steven has made auto-zone my favorite auto part supplier with his positive and confident attitude
