“Very good service by very good people. With regard to the negative reviews, I tell people that they are responsible for their own car.
The mechanic is not a magician. If you use cheap gas for your car all the time, the car will suffer. Take care of the car and it will take care of you. Keep a record of maintenance, how old the battery is, etc. Simple way to do this is to create an electronic folder under your Yahoo or Gmail acct and send yourself emails on the car noting date and mileage. Do this and your car will live! :)”

“Raymond does business right, straight forward a handshake and his word actually means something. He delivers service and quality results. Took in an older vehicle and when he generated the estimate everything looked good. A few days later, he shared that the primary replacement piece was not available from his primary suppliers. He did not give up, found a the part and delivered a quality finish. The vehicle was returned bright and shinny and my interior cleaned. That was a nice extra touch that showed service was a priority. Thank you Raymond!”

“I had a flat and was rolling around on a donut for a couple of days since so many places were charging crazy prices for a new tire. Tried Twins Tire Shop out and they had a used tire in the size I needed. Affordable and fit me in right then to change it! Loved the customer service so much I now have my son’s drive shaft being fixed there too! I will post another review on the bigger service once his is fixed. ?”
