You pay 2 months in advance and if you leave early you won't get your refund back and he'll block your phone number. I just dispute the charges from my credit card to get my money back.

Lelan is a very kind man. I was dead set on the size I wanted and over the phone he asked what I was storing. He talked me into a larger unit. I'm not very good at saying no. Oh, boy was I happy he did! After fitting the last box in we had to push a mattress to get the door to close. I was so happy he recommend a larger unit! He knows his stuff!
