It really touched my heart today to see our American flag all across the parking area flying proud. Thank you Walmart !!!I enjoy going to this Walmart because the employees are very professional and pleasant to say hi to. The lady's out front are alway kind and friendly.

First order missed 50% of the items. 2nd order completely vanished. That's with order Number and confirmation validation. DO NOT EVER USE WALMART GROCERY DELIVERY SERVICE

Don't come to this Walmart with Coronavirus still around. The people shopping here do not care about any arrows on the floor and are for sure not wearing any masks. I regret coming here. To add insult to injury, after waiting in a long line the cashier couldn't scan my yogurt. None of them and she didn't know what to do. So I left with out some of the items I wanted. Also, why is lane number 1 the only one open? That is the lane with the trading cards. So the people that want to check out the trading cards get in the way of the people in line. No one cares about your personal space or 6 feet. Management could do better with the planning. This situation is not new anymore. Adapt and make things better. This is the first time in 7 weeks that I felt unsafe and I've been to Walmarts all over the DFW recently (including Dallas and DeSoto) with no issues.

If I could give this location a -0, I would. Their pick up service is absolute pathetic. I placed an order online at 11:58am. The only slots that were available for pickup were 6-7p or 7-8pm. I chose 6-7p. I received the confirmation email, then a delay email at 6pm. I then received the "Check In" email at about 6:50p. I immediately Checked In. The order then stated it'd be ready at 7:08pm. I parked and waited....and waited..........and waited. It's now 8:00PM!!!!!! The associate continues to come out asking for names, loading people's vehicles that arrived AFTER me. I'm livid because now, they've authorized $80 on my credit card, 3 of the items were out of stock (advised at the last minute- definitely a BAD PRACTICE WM), now my new total is $32.00. At 8:20p - I left. It was a freaking NIGHTMARE! I will NEVER, EVER use their pickup service again. I see why their employees are pissed at them. They don't take care of the employees and they certainly don't give AF about the customers - just the dollars. PIMPS... I'm disgusted with this entire process/service. TARGET it is from here on. Their pickup service and process is easier, in order and definitely worth the price! Do NOT go here for pick up! Smh..

Literally THE WORST Walmart. Their online grocery orders are always wrong. Always getting charged for things that's not in the bag then they'll give you a $10 credit that doesn't work. I've asked several times to speak with a manager and she would not come out to online groceries. You are better off going to the one in Frisco

This review is for the grocery pickup. The check in feature is a joke, as it seems to make no difference how far in advance you check in once you're actually on your way.....you'll still have to sit and wait for a minimum 30 minutes when you arrive, before anyone actually acknowledges you. And by acknowledging you, that includes ANYONE coming to your car to take your name, anyone answering the phone when you call the number on the sign in front of you that they ARE SUPPOSED TO ANSWER. I get the majority of my groceries here twice per month. After using the grocery pickup service for several months now, I have noticed a consistent degradation in customer service and especially in employee's attitudes (terrible). They just don't a flying f**k and take their sweet time in getting around to getting your order out and loaded in your car. In the time it takes them to get my order out, I could have shopped and paid for it in the store myself. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of pickup in the first place! I'm done with these people's shitty, could care less attitudes. I'm fu**ing sick and tired of WASTING 30+ MINUTES sitting in my car, each and every time I pick up an order. I'll gladly shop elsewhere and not have to put up with the all-around crappy service at this place! ***1/05 Update*** So after the last fiasco and 30-minute wait in the parking lot waiting for my groceries, I decided no more grocery pickup. It's just not worth the frustration and defeats the purpose of the entire concept. So I decided to use the home delivery option instead. I paid for my order at 12:15 PM earlier today, for delivery between 6 and 7 PM. It is now 6:52, and I have yet to receive my notification that my order has left the store. When I called the store earlier I was told that my order was staged and hadn't been assigned to a driver yet. Are you freakin kidding me?!? WTF ?!? And to top it off, I can't even be promised that I'll even GET my order this evening! This is the absolute WORST run grocery pickup department I have EVER had to deal with, and I've used this service for years. Kroger Clicklist is looking pretty good right about now, even if they do charge a small fee for pickup. ***1/06 update*** At 7:08 PM last night, I still had heard nothing from Ashley, the manager on duty for grocery pickup. No driver was ever assigned to my order, so again I was looking at not even receiving my groceries last night. So I called to let Ashley know I was just coming to them myself as I needed the groceries TODAY, and not TOMORROW or the following day as she proposed. When I arrived and explained to the guy running orders to cars, the situation and that I'd spoken with Ashley and she promised to have my order out quickly, I was met with open hostility and a "I don't give a flying f**k" stare. I don't know why I expected anything else, the whole department has gone to s**** so why would any of the employees care about any level of actual customer service? If you'd read this far, I commend you for your patience! I have used Walmart's grocery pickup service for several years now, at several different locations. No more; I am done with their grocery pickup as well as their home delivery services. This location has convinced me that it is absolutely worth paying a little more to go somewhere else, either Target or Kroger, who will actually follow through on what they say they will do. And they'll do it without the shitty attitudes and go-fuck-yourself glares.

Wow, crazy how customer service is not a priority in retail anymore. Facts: Bought food here that had a rats bone in it. Yes, vet verified it's a bone of small animal, most likely a rat/mouse. $7.47 Walmart would not refund my money. On top of that Manager Britney was a complete b_tch about it. Sarcasm is never good when you're in the wrong. I spent 1,200 at least a month at this Walmart. I will never walk into a Walmart again. Talked to several people on the phone finally - reached Grocery Manager. He agreed to take care of situation but after spending at least an hour dealing with this and the sarcasm no thank you. My time and my surprise of Britney's sarcastic attitude convinced me not to spend my money & time at a place that doesn't care about their customers.

I think this is the foul walmart that pressed charges on a young man when they could of let his instance of needing to get his groceries home be a teachable lesson. the nation is trying to find the manager responsible for ruining this man's life. it won't be long before this comes to an end where this manager is disgraced the rest of his career.

This is a review on the grocery pick up. I've hesitated for a while to write this review because the employees are so sweet. But Walmart has just about sold me on not using this service anymore. Consistently, they give us the WORST produce, damaged containers or something just plain rotten. Or they leave out things you buy. It's like we're the red headed step child for using the service in the first place. I stopped buying meat from them unless it was just something you absolutely can't get wrong, like ground meat. But the photos say it all. The picture of the chives are from the moment I took them out of the bag and so is the sweet potato. Seriously, I would have told the customers they were out of stock before giving them useless produce. I didn't even give it to my chickens. The bag of cherries was spilling out cherries from the side. And these are just the pics I took. We've had rotten celery, molded cherry tomatoes, lost bread and Gatorade. And when I tried to call to at least find out about the Gatorade, they took my number and said they'd call me back. Never heard back.

BAD BUSINESS. Stop selling personal defense rounds, I and my family stop shopping here. Obviously you don't support people protecting themselves from criminals and just want criminals to do whatever. Hollow points don't always go through the target and hit innocent people like fmj rounds have a much higher tendency to do dumbass. Uninformed scared r***** decisions like this really demonstrates the ignorance of the decision makers of wallmart.

Incredibly incompetent and inconsiderate managers. They are relatively young, poorly trained - if at all - and have been saturated in the Walmart mindspeak: WE are WALMART and we do no wrong. The US is tremendously fortunate to have us. And we shall forever abide by our air of superiority - even though we are only one step away from working the night shift st 7-11! Long live our GEDs!

This is Wal~Mart. What can you say? This one seems to AWAYS be out of stuff. A week or so ago I came up twice in one week and they were COMPLETELY OUT of limes. LIMES! This is Texas...and Summer! C'mon we need limes for everything from guacamole to margaritas! They do have great deals on clearance stuff usually. However they NO LONGER PRICE MATCH at this location. IDK why...but I use the Walmart App for Savings Catcher is that doesn't bother me too much. My only real complaint is that they don't have a fresh butcher meat & seafood counter....overall it's always clean and most of the associates are friendly and happy to be there.
