I have used VIP for several projects in my homes. On time every time, professional and leave it clean after they’re gone. If anything needs attention post job, their response to finish the detail is fast. I will recommend them over and over.

Wow wow wow. Everyone knows how hard it is to find a great contractor, you can stop looking right now. We have hired them to renovate and update 3 homes so far, the last one was a complete gut. I live in a different state and the communication, photos, and timely work is absolutely unbelievable. We’ve had weather emergencies with water coming into one of our houses and they took care of every single thing and I don’t even need to check, total trust. They went counter top shopping for me when we didn’t like the quality of the place I picked some from, flooring was out of stock and they picked out perfect floors. Seriously, call me for a reference

Jorge and his crew did a variety of jobs to help me get my house ready for market. That included things like patching holes in drywall, installing new tile, painting walls, hanging light fixtures, and more. They did an excellent job. The work was done quickly, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

VIP came highly recommended to us. Jorge came out on a Wednesday to take measurements for the work we wanted done, said he would have the quote in a few days. We never got one. My husband called, was told a couple more days. Never got one, my husband called again, was told his email was down and should be sent by midnight. Never got one, my husband called again, was told he would hand deliver if he had to. Never got it, my husband called again and call went unanswered. My husband called again, again no answer, no callback. It was a huge disappointment being as how they are recommended so often. Professionalism is lacking, for sure.

VIP services helped make my dream come true by installing the missing piece of my wine cellar...a wine cooling unit! They've never done one before and I would never had known. His team is so awesome and so professional, I made a few changes and they didn't mind one bit. I am one happy customer and will continue to use them for anything else!Services: Drywall installation

We had two different friends use Jorge and his crew with VIP Services for remodeling back in Dallas. We were absolutely blown away by their attention to detail in there work and how quick they are so much that instead of hiring a company here in San Antonio to build our cages for both warehouses in our business for our rebuild department that we were lucky that these amazing dedicated guys were willing to drive 5 long hours away from their lives to come do this project for us and we couldn't have been happier with the result. They built 14 tall cages total and after were willing to come build a beautiful 4 foot fence to block our dogs from falling into pool. We can't Thank these men enough for the perfection and time they put into this. Completed everything within less then a week!!! They are absolute Miracle workers!!!♡ We will most definately have more projects for them in the future!Service: Remodeling

Jorge was great to work with. There was never a day the crew was late! The replaced my tub, tile the shower walls, installed a new toilet and new tile floor. They also installed hardwood laminate in my closet . The quality of the install was superb.Overall great experience highly recommend!Services: Remodelling
