They were courteous and they took care of everything I needed done with my packages. One of my packages was not boxed at all and they took care of it.

Amit and the staff here are welcoming and fast! Stopped at another location during my errands and it was nothing like this one. I felt like I was at the Chick-fil-a of UPS stores.

Horrible UPS location.
I have had several issues with Amazon returns at this location. I used to use this facility for shipping items but have decided to go elsewhere as they have repeatedly not performed Amazon returns correctly.
This location definitely needs more training and new management. I would avoid.

I had several boxes, I dropped some coming in the door and had a hard time opening the door. Jonathan and the girl working with him just watched me. Didn’t even attempt to help me or greet me. A simple Good Morning would have made a world of difference! This store needs some training from the store at Rayzor Ranch in Denton!

Friendly staff! I was greated when I arrived and service was quick. I was in Saturday around 12 so it wasn't to busy. Now around graduation/holiday season they'll be packed so be patient with them and each other!(these guys know their stuff too! Very informative) looking forward to being back soon!

Whoever is working on Sunday 1/28 at 1:26pm needs major training! He let a random customer skip a line out the door of people and said nothing. His excuse was he wasn’t paying attention so maybe he needs to be trained to do so. No one has time to waste nor be looked over. Hire more help or close on Sundays if you can’t keep up. It’s simple
