Do NOT buy a mower from this place!!! They are junk!!!! I bought a brand new toro and mowed with it about 10 times (1/2 acre) and the spindle and bearing went bad. They told me to bring it in and they would have it repaired. They did and then charged me for the repair stating some strong caused the damage!! There was no string, I checked my mower out before I ever took it in. The manager then told me spindles are a maintenance part not covered by warranty after a store representative told me when I dropped it off they pulled up my date of purchase and it would all be covered. It also smokes badly when starting but they told me this is normal. I have another mower that has a Kawasaki on it as well that doesn’t do this at all. The seat wasn’t bolted on when I bought it and blew offf hauling it home. What a joke. Went to pick it up and they lost my key!! This store is a joke and the lady I spoke with is as well. What a waste of 4 grand!!!

I am grossed out by my experience today. I found moth egg sacs and dead larva all over some cat beds I was interested in. It was on every single one of them. I found some more on a couple of dog toys. I ended buying a hard plastic cat toy that appeared to be clean, but upon further inspection at home, there was a dead larva stuck to the tape on the inside of the packaging and there was what looked to be but poop on the toy itself in a couple of places. Just nasty.

On 12/6/24, I bought 2 bags of dog food that were supposed to result in a $20 gift card per bag. Always before, the cashier had taken the $20 off each bag at the register. I had never seen the cashier or the manager he called over. They told me they could not do it that way. So…they took $20 off of each of the two bags and made me buy a $40 gift card to use later. The whole thing took forever and the manager had no idea what he was doing. Today, 12/28/24, we went in to buy a bag of dogfood and use the gift card. I have the receipt for the card being activated. It didn’t work. We waited for a clueless assistant manager to come over. She made a phone call somewhere and was on hold for about 20 minutes while making us wait. She never told us anything. I asked. She said she couldn’t just take the $40 off and acted like we were trying to rip off the store. I picked up the card and receipt. We left. We want the $40 gift card accepted and we will choose a different TSC store in the future.

I called in for an online order of same day delivery, the lady refused to check the status, she wouldn’t even need my last name or order number and refused to check the order status, she just keep saying it is delivered from 3rd party and I can check online. She refused to say her name and when I asked to talked to the manager she said I AM THE MANAGER. She threatened to disconnect me when I told her other TSC would check delivery status for their customer every time if I call in and she is not being helpful. This staff is rude and not helpful and unprofessional, perhaps you are busy on a Sunday but take your aptitude somewhere else, being a TSC manager does not own TSC. And unfortunately I did not get her name before we disconnected even I repeatedly asked what is your name ma’am ~please, all she answered is ~ I AM THE MANAGER

Standing outside, doors STILL LOCKED after 8am ON SATURDAY! Wat kind jackass do have managing ur store. Was good. Thank god atwoods is down the block... Least they OPEN ON TIME ALWAYS...

Excellent place ! We went to bathe my dog and the washing station is great! It had all the products I needed to bathe my dog, there were towels, soap, shampoo, brushes etc! Everything was in perfect condition, the treatment was excellent on the part of the employees and the price for using the area seems great to me, $9.99 seems super practical to use that area and not have to deal with it in my house!
