Terrible service with rude tech. Acrylic nails were way to thick and started lifted at the base within a week. After 9 days, they were all off. The day I was there employee's and customer's kids were running around. Maybe the tech was distracted? It was not a good experience and I will not be back.

Service is average. Quality not consistent, it depends on the nail tech's mood.
I'd rather go elsewhere where I am greeted with a smile and consistent quality. Especially when I am tipping 30%+.
The nail tech Kathy was somewhat pleasant the first time but the second and third time didn't smile, and seemed bothered to be working. She kept tugging at my arm for not relaxing my fingers enough and did a sloppy job on my pedicure by painting over cuticles. I still left her a big tip but won't be returning. I'd rather give my business elsewhere.

It was quiet place to get your nails done the person who did my nails was nice . I had a pedicure done and the paint did not last long as soon as I got to my car it was already wrinkled from not drying. The didn’t place it under the nail lamp. They only suggested I wait a while even then they were ready for me to leave to accommodate if any new customers arrive. It is very cramped inside to small to be a nail spa.

My husband and I have a pedi/mani biweekly, and of all the many shops we've been to in Flower Mound, Corinth, Denton, Little Elm, the quality of services is the best at The Nails & Spa. It is not a fancy, sparkling new shop, it's been around awhile, but the technicians pay attention to the detail of their work . Technicians at other spas tend not be thorough on their services for my husband. The technicians at this spa give him an A+ pedicure and manicure every time. They listen to our requests.My manicures have included Gel and Nexgen and I've been pleased with both. I cannot give a review for nail art.Services: Polish removal

I had my first visit at Nails & Spa last week. I made an appointment prior to my visit, and they were very punctual. The service and attention to detail was exceptional. They were friendly and professional; I will definitely be a loyal patron.

Vivienne and Cathy did my feet and hands respectively. I asked for next gen on my nails and they managed to match the color for my feet. Prices are also very affordable. Will certainly be going back.
