Kayley is amazing! Cuts are awesome and her and Tonya have created a warm and friendly environment that is like no other! I can’t imagine spending my money anywhere else!! Thanks to both of them!

I asked for haircut and hair coloring before starting the service but after hair cut they told that they cannot do hair color which is very bad and I ended up travelling extra 30 mins to get the hair color done on same day!

I had my hair cut by Branden. It wasn't a complicated cut but he claimed he didn't know it and he only does "basic cuts". From the first shave, I saw his eyes widen and we knew he both made a big freaking mistake. He tried to cover it and said it was my fault and that I looked better, etc. I have had the same haircut since 2020 and other stylists here, have had no issue doing a proper job. My advice? Run, run and run very very far away. The only saving grace is that I know my wife's love is unconditional because she still loves me despite this horrendous haircut.
Requested style: Spike, high slope, leave a bit of the fringe.

Walked in for a neck line up. I asked how much it costs and the girl told me it was free. I said oh great and typed in my info to sign in.
Ended up waiting over an hour for quite literally 1 minute worth of work. I said something a couple times about the wait and was brushed off. Once it was complete I was charged $6 for the line up. The girl gave me the wrong information. I was quite anxious and irritated it made me very late thinking it would be a quick in and out service. Which after talking to them it should have been.

I just came back from cutting my son's hair and they left him with a horrible cut, the first and last time I return, and they also charged me double because my son's cut took more time, in the end the stylist told me that she didn't know how cut that kind of hair and she recommended that I go to a barbershop the next time, I asked myself, aren't they qualified? I need my money back.

Very bad experience and my hair cut looked awful.Never coming back again.Update: Tonya to the rescue. She did an amazing job to fix it for me and highly recommend Tonya.

I randomly decided to walk in yesterday because my hair needed a lot of help. Packed waiting area, many of whom seemed to be returning clients and I was greeted warmly by every single employee there even though they were all in the middle of cuts. Very clean and the staff was very quick, yet effective at cleaning their stations and their co-workers stations as well! I didn't have to wait long for Tonya who was great! Very friendly and soothing presence and she even gave me info about my hair as we went along especially based around what I told her I wanted. She gave me a fantastic style and experience, even recommended products that I'm ACTUALLY really enjoying! Also she let me know she had fun and I could tell it was genuine :) 10/10 authentic good times and will be returning

I have been going here for a year or so and have always had good service. Ally usually takes care of me and is always doing a bang up job. She wasn’t there and against my better judgement I decided to head down to get a hair cut. I made an appointment on the app and showed up a couple minutes before to check in and wait my turn. Once I arrived I was told they were closing early for a party of some sorts. I asked the individual behind the counter if they were refusing people on the check in list, which she seemed perplexed by my question. She asked the stylist whom I selected, which was Lexxis I believe, if she would take the appointment. She looked at the check in board and said if she took the appointment she would definitely be late for this party and almost seemed annoyed I would still ask this. I was blown away by this statement and unprofessionalism and decided to leave. I wasn’t going to sacrifice a possible botched haircut because someone didn’t want to be there and had more “important “ things to do. I’ve gone to Sport Clips for many years between my time in Colorado and now Texas but never have I had such an unprofessional and rude experience. It’s hard for me to want to go back to get my haircut given the amount of good service I have always had.

Teresa cut and style my beard. Did a wonderful job. Incredibly polite and friendly. She made it a warm and comfortable visit. Hope to continue to go to her for my future beard cuts.

The energy is great now. It use to be hot stuffy and the ladies looked miserable. Much better! And to top it off Tonya have a great haircut!

If I could give an O I would give it. Don't even go for something quick. It's the worst place, I don't even know how they're still open. My husband has been there twice and they've screwed him up twice and they're not even going to return the money. They should be ashamed.
