I can usually get the items within 24 hours which is so fast and convenient which allows me to have my cards in the mail the next day. I don't know what I'd do without them!”

“I was under an extremely tight deadline to get 650 letters mailed out on a Friday afternoon and our normal team was short about 500 of the cardboard envelopes. We went to the store to buy the 100 envelopes they had and the owner and staff amazingly were able to track down 400 more for us and get them to our office. Thanks to the staff we were able to meet the deadline on a very important project. The team went above and beyond and I could not be more grateful!”
“This store is the perfect place to ship, print and get copies. I have been coming here since I moved to The Colony, 2 years ago, and I have always had great experiences. Their prices are lower compared with other stores, it’s is very close to my house, and the customer service is great. The young lady that works there is super friendly, kind, and very helpful. I frequent this store mainly to print and get copies for my college assignments, and this lady always receives me with the best attitude and she even give me advices and guides me when I have to do something new. I highly recommend this place!!!”

“Tenisha is awesome! I had a medication being delivered through Next Day Air from the pharmacy which had to be refrigerated. Unfortunately, the driver did not leave it at my house because I was not home (it did not require a signature). I was able to connect with Tenisha and she worked to find the driver and see if he could deliver it the same day. Unfortunately the driver didn’t see the message until he was back at the Denton location so she found him and saved my package for me. I was able to pick it up that same day. She kept me informed every step of the way. She is my hero!”

She handled every single customer with dignity and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I will continue coming to this location because they always put their customers above their 'bad days'.”
