My wife took her van here for a state inspection. She was told it wouldn’t pass inspection if she didn’t replace the wipers which were installed in April. I know because I do all service to this vehicle. Typical predatory behavior on someone who doesn’t know better. However, they did pass it with the tire pressure warning on measuring at 22 psi. Owner, don’t bother trying to CYA with your generic response here.

I had a fantastic experience at this auto repair shop! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided clear communication throughout the process. The shop itself was clean and welcoming, which made the short wait much more pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and reasonably priced auto repairs!

Took my wife's truck there for a battery cable issue. Dealership wanted to replace both cables for $$$$$$$$$. James and the crew checked all the cables and found a loose connection that was evidently not tightened when a new battery was installed at the dealership. Great service and very ethical. James, our service rep was fantastic throughout the process.

Absolutely poor service. Never even touched my car and was extremely dishonest. Everything was fine when I dropped off, but when I picked up it was a completely different story. Smirked in my face when I have all the call logs proving which location I called. Also “lost” the records that provided my service info and refused to even explain the issue. Horrible service.

Do not take your car to these people. There was an instance today in which we were in need of a diagnostic. My daughter called and asked if there was a time she could s reduce the car to be looked at. She was told there was no one in the bay and they could check the vehicle out. I also had to have a vehicle serviced so I took mine as well. Was told that they would call when done, no call. I asked about her car they said they would call when they had something. This vehicle has been there since 9 am no call no update I called about 3:30 and they still had not done anything. I told them I was on the way to get the vehicle. Noone took responsibility for antibiotics misinformation provided. I wouldn't take a lawnmower to these hacks. They are more expensive than experienced. Very little integrity at all.

Make sure to check recent reviews. Not sure if management changed at the Cross Roads location, but if you read recent reviews there are a lot of 1 star recent reviews. I have been going to that location for years, so I went to get an oil change today but had some questions, so I called first. The guy on the phone seemed very annoyed for some of my questions, I still decided he’s just one person and it maybe having a bad day. When I arrived and ask how long it would take for the oil change, since I was waiting for my vehicle, the guy was kind of annoyed that I’ve asked the waiting time and answered poorly. After he answered poorly, I’ve decided I don’t have time to stay (I had other obligations), so I said, I need to come back another time. He got obviously mad, and threw the paper away in a madly manner. He wasn’t offensive to me, but he was definitely mad that I’ve told him I need to come back later. First time ever someone treats me bad at this place, but based on the recent reviews they seam to be having more and more issues. So just beware if you are using this location. I didn’t give them a 1 star because they have been great before, but not sure I will ever come back again. I’m paying for my service, I should never feel like I’m bothering the person taking care of me and getting paid to do so.

Tried to take advantage if you are a woman.
Gave me a bogus estimate. I turned down the extra services they offered 3 times. Then when the car was almost ready they claimed there were more things wrong that needed to be replaced. Then they called and said they broke a piece on the intake hose and could not fix it. They were NOT very knowledgeable about Fords. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They stole my wheel lock. They claim they put it back but it is no where to be found. They are the only ones that had it. I see the owner tried to say there was no work order where they would use a wheel lock. They told me they would "replace" my breaks for 500. 2 months later, they start squeaking, so I take it back, and suddenly, my wheel lock is not there. This is the only place I take my car too and they normally put it back. Since it was not in the car this time, that means they did put it back in the car last time.

I brought my car in for an emergency repair and I couldn’t thank the staff of integrity auto care enough. Everyone was so polite and accommodating and they helped me get back on the road in no time! I found my new auto shop! 100% recommend!!
