Everyone very friendly. Excellent service.
What I don't like is the phone application, it is somewhat difficult to use and to establish communication through the chat.

Poor customer service. Don’t arrive when they open because they’ll be chit chatting amongst each other. They don’t put customer first. Especially when this bank opens at 10am -too late-, people who have to go to work shouldn’t have to be waiting past opening time to be attended.

Don't do business with First Convenience Bank. I have been a customer for a number of years and watched the quality of service, as well as their customer service decline to an unacceptable level. For your convenience, First Personal Bank is now blocking transactions to local merchants. That right, try ordering something from Jersey Mike's, Chipotle, or Wendy's and suddenly you are waiting on hold for 30 minutes waiting to verify transactions, some of them over a month old. I will be looking into closing my account on Monday. Not because of this incident, but because of a string of incidents. You shouldn't have to hold for a half hour just to order lunch for your family.

Ii would give it a 0 if I could. Worst customer service EVER. I have been with this bank 25 years and they refused to cash a deposit check I was given from a previous landlord. I will NOT bank here again. I will go to b of a or the other bank at the other wall mart on 420

Very poor customer care. If not for our money they wouldn't be in business. I have alot of money in this bank and it doesn't matter at the Cossroads in Texas branch. The branch manager is rude and is making me think about taking my business elsewhere. Branch manager Sanchez didn't even try to meet my financial needs. Do not bank here. Sad place.

Terrible costumer service . I’ve been hung up on , put on hold for almost 2 hours , had staff give me attitude and refuse to look into the problems presented after waiting hours on hold . Poorly trained staff. WORST BANK EVER ! Do not recommend at all ! Their app is also constantly crashing to where you’re not able to view your transactions.
