I made an appointment, can't really say if this was helpful as it seemed first come, first served. But the guys were helpful, polite, and quickly assessed my tire. Once it was pulled into Bay, it was very fast repair time. Pulled my car out to the front door after repaired and was super friendly. They are a busy store, but seemed like it was running at a good pace, and customers were being helped as soon as possible.

Went to get tire rotation in and out about 15 minutes.. just have to be there early.

Tire service is great, but waiting area is really bad.
Nothing is there, no water, no coffee, no tea.

Great Customer Service. While busy, the rep who talked with me took the time to show me the uneven wear on the inward side of my tire. I was skeptical of needing more work than I originally anticipated, but I feel confident my tires will not fail.

You won't find better! Simple to order tires online, There are so many great value options. Made an appt a week out, turned up for four new tires, and was in and out in 15 minutes... 1 p.m. on a Thu. Fantastic location, extremely happy with the service.

Antonio on front desk was extremely helpful and was able to assist us with the warranty on the tires for my Tesla!! Honestly I felt in good hands and the fact that they stand behind their product and workmanship. I’m bringing my other vehicle to replace all tires.

Went in to have my tires rotated. Had an appointment they told me it would be 45 minutes. Took care of it in 41 minutes.

Wanted to say thanks to Brayden for helping me out with getting me a full set of new tires. He even helped me out in the pouring rain! Since my battery was dying right when I was getting new tires.

Antonio was fantastic! I had a flat tire that ended up being replaced, which was covered by their excellent insurance policy. My front two were a bit low and with the mileage credit, it was very affordable to get everything done at once! I got in and out in under 2 hours as a walk-in. Cannot recommend them enough, the whole team was courteous and swift, the shop is clean and there's a 7/11 across the way if you need a snack while you wait:)
