Worst pharmacy around. Two drive thru windows but can only work one at a time. Never get Rx right. Filled the same prescription, different dosage 3 times in 3weeks and pharmacist didn't catch it. Requested a delivery and they sent it to a 5 year old address 20 miles away. Would not recommend this pharmacy

The most worst unprofessional pharmacy Ive ever experienced, pharmacist black lady needs her pharmacist license taken away from her…. She is so rude and disrespectful. I work in the medical field and that is not the way you handle your patients whatsoever.

This CVS is garbage. I called to speak with a pharmacist. Someone answered after a minute of going through the automation system and then being on hold. She quickly spat out some gibberish that was barely discernible as they'd be with me when they were able, didn't give me any opportunity to even say anything at all, and put the phone call on mute. I've been sitting in absolute silence for over 16 minutes now...

I went in to pick up a prescription, and it turned out to be exorbitantly expensive. The pharmacy assistant asked me to wait a minute and went off to look through some thing in that central desk in the middle of the pharmacy and came back with a card in her hand. She rang up something on the cash register, and the price dropped by over a half! They don’t use the same discount cards or discount information for every medication or even for the same medication every time you go in. But it definitely pays to ask if there’s anything they can do about the price when you’re ready to pick up. Sometimes there’s nothing they can do. Sometimes they can do miracles. Also, I had to make a return… I was allergic to the CVS brand, make up remover and needed to get Neutrogena instead. They didn’t bad and eyelash. I volunteered that information but they did not ask me any questions.

Even though my doctor sent my prescription for a controlled substance (depression medication), CVS hasn't filled the prescription for 6 days now. The pharmacy sent a message to my doctor for them to "prescribe something else." I've been on this medication for over 11 years. You don't just change it because you feel like it.

Convenient location, although in the middle of a construction zone. Friendly staff. Prescriptions are ready on time. Drive thru pharmacy. Snacks, personal products, quick shopping trips. Pharmacy closes for lunch between 1:30 pm and 2 pm. Shorter hours on the weekends in the pharmacy. Closes at 6 pm.

God forbid you cause the automated teller to need a person for no real reason. There's no one up front most of the time, so we spent 6 minutes at the checkout/looking for an employee so that they could confirm I put a light product in the bag, and ended up just using the other self checkout. Teller finally showed during that and quietly deleted the other transaction without offering to fix it our apologizefor the system acting and the person not being around

I was feeling under the weather (teacher) in the time of illnesses and sicknesses. Tested negative to covid, strep, rsv, etc, but was still given prescriptions from my doctor just to help ease the side effects of feeling awful. I went in this past Saturday and it took this specific location ONE WEEK to fill my prescriptions. These were not hard to grt prescriptions either....We will be doing business with Walgreens or some other location in the future. They take FOREVER with no communication and you're better off just doing business elsewhere. Get it together, CVS!

My daughter isn't feeling well. We took her to the doctor and she was prescribed an antibiotic for an infection. We had the prescription sent to CVS Cross Roads, our usual pharmacy, at or just before noon... We did not hear anything from the pharmacy, so we decided to stop on the way home to check on her prescription, in 3.5 hours they've done nothing, and they do not even have the antibiotic that we need. Why did it take 3.5 hours for someone to tell us they didn't have the pills? Now, after waiting in a ridiculously long line for service, we have to wait for them to provide us with 8 of the 14 pills she needs, or go to another pharmacy. The customer service here is a joke.

Do not use they are always out of stock on medication go anywhere else. I also had to have a prescription of antibiotics and the pharmacist told me she would not use the medication with another antibiotic treatment I was on. When I asked why she just sounded like she was making it up as she went. So I contacted the ER doctor that prescribed them and my primary and both said this was extremely common to take both at the same time for my issue and the pharmacist has no clue what she was talking about. It’s really comforting to know that cvs hires people so well versed in medication that they just make up stories about why doctors shouldn’t give you medication

Silvano or whatever his name is the Nurse practitioner is just absolutely terrible. As a healthcare professional myself he should not be in healthcare. He refused to sign the paperwork needed. He said “it’s up to him to do it and he didn’t want to “ CVS you need to explain because if these are the people you all are hiring, don’t expect people to use your services
