My experience at the Minute Clinic was horrible! I am sick with Covid and needed to be tested by a professional for work. This 380 traffic is ridiculous and even with leaving early I was 5 minutes late. Yes, I understand I was late, but usually 5 minutes is ok. CVS sends you a link to click when you arrive to check in. I had sat down and kept trying to check in and it would not work. The lady there came over and asked if I needed help and I said I had an appointment and gave my name. Honestly, she was the one who responded quite with an off putting attitude and said that she didn’t have time to see me and she had a 5pm appt (mine was at 4:40) and didn’t have time to see me but I could wait to see if they show or not but it would be a wait.
I wanted to explain to her that I understand and that I was just 5 minutes late, and she said that I wasn’t even check in yet. Which in return I said I had been sitting there for several minutes trying to check in with the link and it wasn’t working. She said I could check in at the computer (I didn’t know I could). I again explained I was just 5 minutes late and had been trying to check in and if she could just quickly see me to get my test done. (I was very sick with Covid, fever, cough, sore throat so my voice was very horse) And she then said that I was being aggressive and she can refuse service. I said, Ma’am I am not being aggressive, I am merely trying to explain my circumstance in my frustration at the traffic out there causing me to be late and I had been trying to check in and the link wasn’t working. I am sick with Covid and don’t feel well and I would just like to be tested so I had proof for my work. That I would wait to see if her 5pm showed up.
By then, I had walked over to the computer and was trying to sign in, and she again told me that I was being “aggressive” and she was refusing service to me and I was welcome to go across the street to the urgent care. I could not believe how I was being treated!
If me explaining my frustration on how I was trying to check in and the system wasn’t letting me, is being “aggressive” I can’t imagine how she feels when someone really has an argument with her. Someone higher up needs to address her customer service or else you will continue to loose out on money with her turning away patients because she is too sensitive and on a big ego trip! Especially really sick ones that are already in a vulnerable position.

Has such a variety of things to purchase. They have good sales and I always use my coupons.
Had an issue with the self checkout. Pressed for help, the two workers were both behind me busy on their self phones. I loudly asked if they could help.

TL;DR lack of professionalism and massive errors here. I just gave this store a second run, as I tried them before previously. This store still is a mess with errors and unprofessionalism.
When I had my prescriptions transferred and filled last month, they charged me full retail price for a super common and always covered medication claiming my insurance doesn’t cover it. I have to have the medication so I had to pay and try to figure out where they went wrong the next day. I spent an hour online and on the phone with my insurance company gathering proof that CVS goofed. Then I called and spoke with the pharmacist. Pharmacist acknowledged they goofed, but I can come pick up two months supply that they failed to give me and refund my money because it is covered. No apology for my trouble and wasted time, but I was moving on assuming troubles were behind me. They were not.
Fast forward one month and I returned to pick up prescriptions again. Only this time, I ditched the drive through lane because I forgot my ID at home but I’d already sent my payment card. Pressed call button multiple times to apologize for the error and tell them I’d be right back, but nobody was responding. Since they were busy, I ditched the drive through lane to head home to get my card so they could help the next person then called to tell them what happened and I was coming right back. Girl that answered the phone kept laughing at me as I was speaking. She asked me to repeat myself because she didn’t understand anything I said and continued to laugh as I continued to speak so I felt I was just wasting my time she was being so rude not listening to me. What I found super confusing is when I asked what she thought was funny, and she said it was because I was yelling.
First, I was not yelling. I called to explain why I left my card and that I am coming right back. I felt guilty for ditching them while they were searching for my prescriptions. I was trying to show them courtesy by calling as I was driving home, and stressed that I was trying to explain what happened and I was coming right back because I left my payment card in their possession.
I do not know what the girl’s problem is with the long black hair and false eyelashes that works the counter, but even if I was angry and screaming on the phone, laughing isn’t how you diffuse a situation. Since she was too busy laughing to listen to me, I asked to speak with the manager since she couldn’t stop laughing to listen to me. Then she hung up on me instead of transferring me to the manager.
I have a broken foot and had to physically go in the store to speak with the manager and get my prescriptions because the girl has a problem with my voice.
Ma’am, whatever your name is, if you are reading this, I have partial hearing loss and was driving in my vehicle. If you cannot maintain professionalism when talking to customers with weird voices or that may be too loud on speakerphone, perhaps you shouldn’t answer the phone.
From my perspective, this store and the people need to be replaced with something that will serve our community better.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Every single time I fill something its a terrible experience and unfortunately my insurance likes for me to fill with them. I actually pay out of pocket for most of my nonurgent meds to be filled at another local pharmacy because I cannot stand the poor treatment received here.

Worst pharmacy around. Two drive thru windows but can only work one at a time. Never get Rx right. Filled the same prescription, different dosage 3 times in 3weeks and pharmacist didn't catch it. Requested a delivery and they sent it to a 5 year old address 20 miles away. Would not recommend this pharmacy

The most worst unprofessional pharmacy Ive ever experienced, pharmacist black lady needs her pharmacist license taken away from her…. She is so rude and disrespectful. I work in the medical field and that is not the way you handle your patients whatsoever.

This CVS is garbage. I called to speak with a pharmacist. Someone answered after a minute of going through the automation system and then being on hold. She quickly spat out some gibberish that was barely discernible as they'd be with me when they were able, didn't give me any opportunity to even say anything at all, and put the phone call on mute. I've been sitting in absolute silence for over 16 minutes now...

I went in to pick up a prescription, and it turned out to be exorbitantly expensive. The pharmacy assistant asked me to wait a minute and went off to look through some thing in that central desk in the middle of the pharmacy and came back with a card in her hand. She rang up something on the cash register, and the price dropped by over a half! They don’t use the same discount cards or discount information for every medication or even for the same medication every time you go in. But it definitely pays to ask if there’s anything they can do about the price when you’re ready to pick up. Sometimes there’s nothing they can do. Sometimes they can do miracles. Also, I had to make a return… I was allergic to the CVS brand, make up remover and needed to get Neutrogena instead. They didn’t bad and eyelash. I volunteered that information but they did not ask me any questions.

Even though my doctor sent my prescription for a controlled substance (depression medication), CVS hasn't filled the prescription for 6 days now. The pharmacy sent a message to my doctor for them to "prescribe something else." I've been on this medication for over 11 years. You don't just change it because you feel like it.
