If I could give zero stars I would, they try everything in the book to keep the customer from speaking with a human, finally got to talk to the lady in charge that day ( I wish i had her name), she was abrupt, tried to rush me through ( I had problem depositing a check ), never solved the problem, I drove to the BA Frisco location and Josh took the extra time to get the check deposited correctly, never again with BA Cross Roads

Had visit to this branch recently. Inside ambience have been great as looks newly developed. Staff and cashier Behrad have been patience, polite and helpful thought out for providing great service.

Just left here from a scheduled appointment attempting to get a document notarized after getting off work early to do so. The document required two witnesses and so the bank associate told me to go to the library because everyone was with clients. Now, how long does it take to step away and sign a document?!!!! Then also told me that the next time I can always bring my own witnesses! Are you serious?! Why would I do that when you all have an office full of workers? Makes entirely no sense!

I’m giving them one star because I can’t give them negative 5 stars. I had a check and I went in to make a deposit and I needed to get cash back. I walked in and was greeted with how can I help you. I told her I needed to deposit my check and get some cash back. She looked at me and said we don’t do that. I was like, isn’t this a bank? She said yes but we no longer can give you cash back on a check. And the way she said it to me was rude and condescending at first I thought she was joking then when I questioned her about it she got kinda snippy with me.almost like she didn’t have time for me. I’ve had an account with BOA for over 15 years and I’ve never been treated like that. She didn’t even try to help me. Didn’t ask me what kind of check, how much the check was or try to help me by telling me my options. I will be closing my account very soon!!!!!!!

The lady at the front desk was quick to interrupt the guy helpings us to make a payment. When we asked if we could get a statement next week showing it was paid off she was rude and instead of seeing what she could do to help, she quickly dismissed us and said we were out of luck. I’ve been in banking a long time and a little customer service goes a long way.

I've been a BOA customer for almost 15 years with no balance issues. Hours of 10a-4p do not allow for establishing a new account with our teen. After finding any excuse to not help us, we'll have to go back to plan "A", going to another branch that is out of the way to do it on a Saturday. Seems other reviews support this pitiful service.

Horrendous service. You can’t even call the location to get a hold of an employee, and their automatic answering system won’t even allow you to be on hold. Also, if you need literally anything done inside, prepare to either make an appt or wait forever. Pitiful excuse for a bank location.

I have been waiting over a half hour to do a withdrawal because they only have one window. This is ridiculous. Don't come here if you need a teller, just don't bother coming here at all.
