My car battery failed today. I bought that one on May 2023 at Autozone The Colony. I went 1 hour before to the Cross Roads store to buy a new one and David P. was so kind. He changed the battery and was so friendly. Keep doing a great job David, I’m so thankful for your help!

I bought a battery at AutoZone in 2019 that finally gave up the ghost this weekend. However, I was able to jump start it and get it back the the AutoZone store. Martin could see my record from the previous purchase and within a few minutes installed a new battery for me.
Good thing. I know nothing about car maintenance.
Martin is a good face for the AutoZone brand.

This store has terrible management and hires people with no knowledge with auto parts, Ive been declined a job even with YEARS of automotive experience. They also never have any parts in stock, and return parts the DAY OF ARRIVAL and DO NOT CALL YOU. I am sick and tired of this p1sspoor ran store.
GO TO THE ONE BY THE KROGER ON 380 UP THE ROAD. THEY ARE 10000X BETTER

Most of the staff are very friendly and helpfull, a couple trend to be on the less talkative band but overall its always nice to stop by and pick a part. The store manager, older gentlemen is always helping. Thank you

Just like previous reviewers mentioned if I could also leave zero stars I would. I went in there today with my 10-year-old son and purchased a couple of items. After leaving the store it was almost time for them to close and I realized my son had misplaced his cell phone. The last place we were was this store so I called them even though they were about to close i asked if they could check and see if it was possibly left there. The younger gentleman (regular associate) was very helpful and tried to locate it for me but couldn't find it. But I was already on my way there it was about a minute until they were closing but I only had about a minute until I would arrive to see if I could locate it myself & since I had driven all the way there I just asked if they could hold on one min till I get there and could just check really quick myself. The associate put me on hold to ask the manager & the manager gets on the phone and is incredibly rude saying no I'm sorry I don't care if you're almost here we don't get paid overtime. You can come tomorrow morning.. didn't offer to take my number to even call me back or anything if they happened to come across it, he just wouldn't listen he kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask if they could at least take my number he just said "NO!" and just hangs up on me. If he had simply offered to take my number in case they came across it I would have been satisfied, but instead he had to be rude to me and hang up on me. So for that I will NEVER patronize this AutoZone again. Will stick with O'Reilly's down the road a bit from here on out where my husband and I have always had good customer service both in person and over the phone.
