He educated me, helped me make an educated decision on which battery to purchase, changed my battery, tested the original battery to make sure that was the reason for my car issues, tested my alternator, and was friendly and kind the entire time. The collision repair they performed on my car was exceptional. The attention to detail in the auto body repair was evident, and they made my car look perfect again. Not only did they fix the scratches and dents, but they also installed a camera, repaired my windshield, and even enhanced my sound system. Their car paint shop skills are unmatched, making my car look better than new!!!
One of the best aspects of Meta Collision is their secure location, which ensures your assets are protected. Despite the shop being located in the back, do not let this affect your perception. “The side of our Lexus was scraped and needed repair. I went to three auto body repair shops for estimates. I chose MAACO because I was impressed with the cleanliness of their shop and with Hayden, who was straightforward, gave a fair estimate, and acted like he was interested in my business. They did an excellent job on the repair. They also worked with our insurance company on necessary supplements and took care of that. I was completely satisfied with the repair. Looks like new. I do have have two suggestions: The work took longer than they expected for valid reasons; they could call and provide an update on the progress. Would be a nice courtesy and help build goodwill with their customers. They could also clean the mirrors and windshield before return; they had a white film on them that was bothersome on the way home. But very happy overall. Again, our Lexus looks beautiful again. I will go back if I need an auto body repair shop again.”
