Yesterday I decided to try this car wash since I always see it packed. Worst mistakes ever made. I went and I did the top car wash that was $22. When I checked my car it was half washed and half still dirty never going back.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Terrible service, Terrible management. This location has turned me off to the location near my house as well. Used them leaving family's house in Crosby. Not only did I leave with my car not fully clean but a few days later I noticed I was double charged. When speaking to the manager he told me there was nothing he was going to do. I will never use this chain again

They charged 200.00 to my card after paying for the work they did on my car. Now they won't refund my money and they see there error on their part.

Bo the manager clearly sees they have BEEN DOUBLE charging me for two memberships. I only have one car. His employees mistake. Refuses to give a FULL refund.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM WASH! I recently went here and paid for their highest-tier car wash, and it hardly did anything for my car. They said I could come back if something was wrong, so 30 minutes later I came back and did the highest tier carwash a 2nd time in a row, and the car is still covered in dirt! In fact, I think it made the car dirtier! I know how that sounds, but my car now has these white flecks all over it that I didn't notice before. It seems like the cleaners they use weren't rinsed off all the way and dried to the car.
