Worst pharmacy in Crosby. Poor attitudes, terrible customer service. The pharmacists think they know more than the doctors. They will not work with anybody and they just make it super difficult to get anything filled there. I am completely done using them.

The pharmacist at this Walmart is the sweetest person and very helpful and the pharmacy workers they're very helpful and very patient I love going to Walmart to pick up my medicine

I've been getting my prescription filled here for years. Today August 23rd 2022 I called to make sure it was being filled and that I would be able to pick up today. The pharmacist gets on the phone and says that I'm going to need to find another Pharmacy to get it filled at from now on because my doctor's office (the same doctor's office I've been going to for years and getting it filled here for years) is now too far!! It's in Spring! Honestly though I've had problems with her before. Shes extremely rude & thinks she knows better than my doctor!

My son's prescription was called in yesterday, they claimed they never got it so called the Dr. and they said yes they did send it so the next day they finally found it and now its been 3 hours since they found it and still saying one more hour. While my son is wheezing coughing his head off and no breathing treatment or cough medicine. It really takes 4 hours??? I doubt it. Get it together! I'm about to switch pharmacies, they always take forever.

I went to Walmart to get my Covid vaccine. The process was so easy. Walmart Pharmacy was very organized and professional. The staff was friendly. Thank you Walmart.

Dropped prescription off they said 30 minutes came back then they said hour to hour and half that they would text or call. Next day still have not heard anything. This is a reocurring thing with them.

The lines are long and sometimes they are out of prescriptions. But it's to be expected. They are always super friendly and try their best to be as quick as they can.

Line is always long. Meds are never ready when they are supposed to be. Some of the staff not all are very rude! When you call they act like they really could careless about you. Your prescription is never filled when you get there because they never put it in to be filled. So you have to wait witch is why you called them so you wouldn't have to wait. They are always making mistakes but want to make you feel like its your fault they didn't fill your meds with your insurance even tho you gave them your insurance card with your prescription and said "This is my new Insurance " . Then they say they called the insurance and was told it was just a discount card not insurance therefore making me to have call the insurance company just to be told that no one would have told them that from Blue Cross Bule Sheild. If your meds need preauthorization get ready to hurry up and wait or do all the foot work yourself. They told me I had to get a fourm from my doctor and when I went to my Doctor to get said fourm I was told no the Pharmacy has to send the Doctor office a fourm so back to the Pharmacy I go ( granite I told them at the Pharmacy I've never had to do this before so I don't know how it works they doing this all the time should have explained it to me but no they just made it difficult) then they say they sent the fourm to my Doctor office only for me to find out 2 days later they did not, it wasnt until I told my Doctor office what a hard time Walmart was giving me did they call Walmart requesting that they send them the fourm and they had to call them several times to get them to send it. So after 4 days of hell I call to see if my meds are ready and they proceed to tell me I need preauthorization... I almost lost it! I then had to call my insurance company who informed me that it had already been approved the day before... NIGHTMARE!!!!
