Been coming here for a while, did some more business today and at 6:24 they couldn’t check me out because they closed the register already. Terrible customer service and the lady at the register was extremely rude about it and said that’s what we do when I asked her why close the register before the closing time.

I came into the store and was greeted by Ali. He helped me with some printing and laminating for my small business. I’m so grateful he’s a rockstar! I will be back!

All the employees here at this location are so nice and helpful. They never seem frustrated with all the crazy Amazon people like me making returns. Mark, one of the employees there makes sure I am always taken care of with stamps. He makes you feel appreciated for coming in. Great location!

Stopped in to drop off a package on a Saturday morning. The wait was short as one associate was helping someone with sending something. Another assoicate from the back stopped sorting and came up to the counter, took my package, and gave me a receipt. Everyone was friendly!

Ali has the best customer service and multi-tasking skills I have seen in a long time. The store was busy, but Ali was patient and made each customer a priority. He is genuine, kind, and goes above and beyond. The employees at this store have always been a bit rude and inattentive , but not Ali!

Huge shout out to Ali, such a friendly and helpful man who went above and beyond for me today. I didn’t realize the store closed at 3pm and arrived close to 4pm. I was carrying very heavy packages and when I went to open the door I realized it was locked. I went walking back to my car and he ran outside to get my attention. Despite them being closed and him having other matters to attend to he happily with a smile told me he’d be more than happy to help me. Such a friendly and kind man. This is the only UPS store I’ll be going to moving forward. UPS is extremely lucky to have you Ali. Thanks again for helping me today. It meant a lot. - Steven
