Huge shout out to Ali, such a friendly and helpful man who went above and beyond for me today. I didn’t realize the store closed at 3pm and arrived close to 4pm. I was carrying very heavy packages and when I went to open the door I realized it was locked. I went walking back to my car and he ran outside to get my attention. Despite them being closed and him having other matters to attend to he happily with a smile told me he’d be more than happy to help me. Such a friendly and kind man. This is the only UPS store I’ll be going to moving forward. UPS is extremely lucky to have you Ali. Thanks again for helping me today. It meant a lot. - Steven

My husband purchased 3 pair of shorts from Amazon. Tried on didn’t like so I returned them to UPS store in Crosby. When I presented the QR code I thought it was for the 3 shorts. No, it only “returned” 1 pair. I was in Kingwood when I realized the situation. Went to the UPS store there, no help. I called the store in Crosby. The nicest person, Ali (I believe that’s how you spell it?) picked up and was such a great help! I was on the phone with him for about 20 or so minutes! He opened several boxes to find the shorts and put aside the 2 pair that were not scanned. The 2 shorts were scanned and properly returned. He was so nice, respectful, understanding, and provided optimal customer service, and helped us get our $70.00 credit back! Thank you!

I regularly would ship things I sold on Etsy here. I recently went into ship an item local to the Houston area in my own packaging and was told it was $41. I found this strange seeing how I had just shipped an item that weighed more to North Carolina and the price was only $22. Pricing is inconsistent and seems to be determined by who you have checking you out at the time. I believe the measurements were inflated to drive price up. I will not be back.

Really love doing business here. I had a wedding picture i wanted in a nice picture frame. Many places i checked out could not do the size I wanted. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I spoke with the manager Ali and he assured me he could do it and he did an amazing job ? we stayed in communication about what i wanted and Im so glad I came here. I definitely recommend this place 10 stars ? if i could.
