I had an appointment today to drop off the vehicle for inspection. I was told they wouldn’t be able to look at it for 7 to 10 days and could not give me a loaner. The next opening they have is in 14 days.
This is absurd.
I am going to another dealership.

Very disappointed in the service. I had a flat on my 2021 Camaro. My husband called at 7:35am to see if y'all could get to it. We bought the tire warranty when we got the car. Your service guy said to bring the paper work for the warranty and they would take care of it. Little did we know that the warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on. When he got to Turner Chevrolet,he was told the computers were down. So they couldn't look up the warranty and having the paper warranty did make a difference. So over an hour and $20 cash later my tire is fixed. But couldn't get a receipt because the computers were down and no one knows how to hand write one anymore. When my husband left your shop he got car message on the car that all the tires had a different air pressure and the one that just got fixed had 37psi, to much! Do y'all not have an air gauge? I thought that being a loyal customer that when I brought my car in for a flat y'all would look out for me and check the pressure in all my tires to make sure they were safe. Y'all are the only place that I have taken my car, and just disappointed knowing that loyalty doesn't pay off.

So we lost our only key to our 2019 Chevy blazer. I decided to come do business with turner because I bought my first car from this dealership and I thought everyone was friendly and informative. On the sales side that stays true. Same with parts and services, however, parts and services need better communication between each other. I was told by parts one thing then I was told by service another. I had my vehicle towed Wednesday night and I spent Thursday and friday trying to figure out what the plan was due to lack of communication. Service told me I need to buy 2 keys, which wasn’t a problem I just wanted my car back. Parts told me I didn’t end up needing the second key. When I showed up to pick up my car I was told I needed to pay for the second key and programming. After I was told I didn’t need the second key. My experience terrible with the service and parts department. Definitely would not recommend coming to turner, something simple was made complicated for no reason.

The dude at the desk lied, he said my wipers were bad”they weren't even close they are brand new”. And then he said my serpentine belt was bad “it looks brand new” he proceeded to show me a picture and it wasn’t even my engine. Update-One of the managers reached out to me. Super nice guy, i will definitely consider giving them a try again.

We bought a new to us 2023 Chevrolet Colorado in May. We absolutely love it. The team at Turner was awesome! Very knowledgeable, answered ALL of our questions. And made the buying process so simple! Left a car for repair on a Tuesday morning, the following week on Tuesday I visited the shop since I was nearby and nothing had been done, plenty of excuses why nothing was done. Assured he would talk to tech and get back to me, nope. Thursday I called and was put on hold for over 30 minutes and hung up on, later for 15 minutes+ and hung up on again. I came to dealership later to complain about the call back situation and the service manager and general manager were both busy. Later that day I got a call that my truck was ready so I picked it up. We took off on a trip Friday around noon and found out it hadn't been fixed. Later on Saturday I got an email call us and we can discuss a solution. I called and I am still waiting for a call back. Service manager was at lunch they claimed. I will find another dealership in the area to work on my truck.
