I took my truck in for warranty work after the work was done I continue to have problems. I reached out after 6 trips back and got the run around about how they put me in a loaner for so long even though that has nothing to do with my complaints. It was my fault because I didn't do a fuel system cleaning for $200. After having the motor replaced under warranty I continued to get a check engine lights they said they couldn't figure it out so I should do the fuel cleaning why would I do that when they couldn't figure it out it was leaking oil it had a ground wire loose so causing electrical problems those two issues I found. part of the steering issue is still bad I just talk to the dealership general manager and he flat told me on the phone that he wasn't willing to help me because I left a bad review on Google.10 out of 10 do not recommend.

I have never seen a dealership with a customer service department that cares so little about there customers. If there were a way to give negative stars, I would be one of those to use them. This is the third time I have attempted to do business with the Turner Chevrolet Service Department and this was the third time that they acted like they could care less about helping me with my vehicle issue. I would not recommend this dealership for their service department and since the service department is the money maker at a dealership, I assume their sales department couldn't be much better. Here is how my visit played out. We had a flat and when I tried to change the tire, I discovered that the local tire shop had stripped out the key for our locking lugs and I was unable to get the wheel off of the truck. I tried to call Turner customer service several times all within the hours of service. No answer. The call would ring and go to voicemail. I aired up the tire and drove to the dealership and walked in to the customer service reception area. I told them the problem and was told that they didn't have any master keys for the locking lugs. I asked how I could get the wheel fixed and the rep said it would have to be stripped off. I asked how would they do that and her response was, "I am not a technician, sir." I then told them that I tried to call and that nobody answered, her response, "my phone hasn't rang." So I pulled out my phone and called and showed her it was going to voicemail. She shrugged her shoulders and repeated that her phone isn't ringing. Ron Craft Chevrolet in Baytown is the place to go for CUSTOMER SERVICE in the service department. I left Turner and called Ron Craft and they told me over the phone that they could take my vehicle in immediately and fix the problem while I waited. When I arrived, they told me that they have a set of master keys as this is a common problem with locking lugs. They pulled in my vehicle and the customer service manager told me they would take off all four locking lugs and replace them and with new locking lugs and key. That is awesome customer service. The customer service manager addressed my problem himself.

Had my truck serviced about a year ago for an issue covered under warranty. It was fixed in a timely manner and no problems since. However, once this place has your phone number they WILL NOT STOP CALLING and harassing you asking you about your recent services, oil changes, why you didn't use them for your last oil change, etc.

Dealerships are comprised of people and people either have or do not have Integrity and Commitment. People are also going to make mistakes and though frustrating when one feels it is at their expense, the one thing constant about Turner Chevrolet's people is Integrity and Commitment. For this reason as long as the people behind this dealership resume these two key attributes they will continue to have my business.
