I got flagged by muzzles 3 different times. 1st time was by an employee with a rifle. 2nd and 3rd was by a person trying to go to the range. You just never know when something could go wrong and all the guys here are way too relaxed about the safety. Gun range customer service guy was also extremely socially awkward to where it truly seemed like he had a disability.

I purchased a suppressor from them and was an issue with it being a used suppressor with the paperwork. So they worked with me on getting a brand new one and the customer service from the manager and assistant manager was outstanding. Will definitely be buying more stuff from them due to their excellent customer service.

Great indoor range with great, knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful staff that have the patience needed to help new shooters feel more comfortable with their firearms. They have firearms available for rent if you don't own your own. The first time I went with my mom, they helped us get set up on the range and gave us a free in-depth lesson, showing us how to properly handle and hold the pistol and showed us pretty much everything we needed to know. The trainer spent a lot of time with us to show us everything and brought out a few different handguns for us to try without charging extra for rentals, so we could shoot different calibers and styles to see what we were most comfortable with since we didn't currently own our own. Because of the care and attention they showed us, I will continue to come to this range. I wish I could remember the guy's name that helped us so I could mention him here by name and say thanks, unfortunately I don't remember and it's been a while since I've been back up there, but I think he was one of the owners. They also buy and sell guns, ammo and other gear here too.

My first time at a shooting range. The staff were very friendly and answered all our questions politely. I had no issues with trying different guns and got help from the staff when needed. Very reasonable price, and left happy and satisfied with my first experience. Highly recommend for first time shooters who want to try rifles and handguns.

Recommend the one on one training with Pam. She was very informative about safety and the pistol, used great training mnemonics, her 3 P's I will use every time I fire. I am a novice and I am so glad I took this training, it gave me the confidence to be more comfortable knowing how to handle the pistol safely. I will definitely be taking more trainings at Spring Guns & Ammo-Crosby. As an added star I did really well the first time shooting at the range with her guidance.

The staff is friendly and easy to work with. They made my wife and daughter, who both are novice shooters, feel very comfortable and have a variety of classes and events they can sign up for. Wide range of guns on hand and more available online all at reasonable prices!

Great place, and very reasonable price for target shooting.Ms. Hollie was very attentive, knowledgeable, and a great helper.We went 4 persons. 1 lane, 2 guns, and a box of bullets (50 counts) for $70.I highly recommend this place.

Above and beyond my expectations!These ladies not only made sure my sons and I were covered safety wise but I have a broken ankle and they accommodated me with an extra chair inside the range that made our visit so comfortable. We brought ar’s and several pistols and the range met all our needs. I had a jammed.223 shell and they had a bore clearing tool which was nice. They provide squeegees for the range floor as well. They have plenty of ammo and even gun rentals. Air conditioning in the range. 3hrs on father’s day and it was awesome!This is my go to from now on!Thank you ladies!

My experience with William and Hollie at the SGA Crosby location has been absolutely incredible and wholly positive. The location staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I was offered a fair trade on some guns that I traded for a new pistol and then William and Hollie did an excellent job working on getting me an “blue label” Glock through the GSSF program. The entire time, William and Hollie were patient and helpful. I have already begun recommending SGA Crosby to friends and family for all their gun, range and training needs. Most accommodating range I’ve been to. Clean, friendly, and they’re firm enough with the range rules that I’ve felt comfortable enough to bring my kid with me several times. I drive 50 min out of my way to come here vs some of the closer ranges.
