Joseph was awesome. The service was awesome, he got to me fairly quick and seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. Also he towed me to the first discount tire that I wanted to go to(unfortunately discount tire was already closed and I had to leave my car over night) and when we got there he recommended that we drop it off in a better area due to me having to leave it over night. He towed me to another location without charging me extra. Was very friendly and would definitely go with them again.

Not sure,, what the guys name was that came and helped me @1:30am, but he was freaking awesome. I called Allstate and they told me no one wanted to come and assist me because I was on the side of the freeway and it was dangerous! I called this tow service asked could they put my spare on,
He asked what the landmark was near me told me he would be there in 10mins, made it in 8 changed my tire in less than 6 mins! Real nice guy and I appreciate him

I drive around a lot, mainly at night time with my girlfriend. However, I ran my car into a curb during a rainy night with the lanes barely existing and called for towing. I was taken to a 24-hour tire shop that was recommended afterward. Joseph was nice, chill, and was good at communicating, as well as arriving as soon as he could.

Jeff Smith is an absolute snake. The guy comes out one day to, "help" a church member to tow my vehicle to a friend of mine as my car was broke down due to the transmission being out. Proceeds to tell both my son and I, who is a "witness" standing there with me that he has a guy moving out of his shop within 3 weeks that, "owes" him a transmission. That he would make that guy fix my transmission to help my son get to Bible college at no cost. That he would, "keep" my car at his yard for as long as it would be needed. That it would be, "safe" there. Both my son and I are blown away as I explained that it was in that condition because I'm a 100% disabled veteran and my wife has been on bed rest, which the church was fully aware of her back injury she was suffering from. I simply did not have the money to fix the transmission. No problem he says, he is going to take care of it, "for my son" and his college venture.My car went to his yard in Crosby where he pretty much didn't have much info on the repairs other than the transmission guy was waiting on some parts. I didn't want to be pushy in any way as I was just appreciative of his willingness to do what he promised to do. From there he never contacts me for any cost involved or any estimate regarding any cost. Never contacts me regarding any warranty or anything of that nature. The beginning of September I contacted him regarding the transmission guy that he said, "he would make fix the transmission" to work out anything with him seeing I was looking to find a way to work out something with his transmission guy to get it repaired. At this time he throws a 4,022 bill at me demanding payment for the transmission, 2 used tires, and a battery which I never asked to do any of that. Then tells me to pay the Pastor of North East Baptist Church as Pastor Bell would release the vehicle to me. I'm just in shock at this point and really not knowing what to think. We've never discussed anything about any cost nor do I even have an estimate to agree to any cost or warranty information on the repairs. The car never needed 2 tires or a battery as the battery in the car was practically new. It's a special battery that takes a special charger to charge the battery. The guy has never even contacted me for any of this.I begin to explain that I don't have 4,022 to pay anything at the moment. That I would have to do some research to find help for that kind of amount. My son came out to Georgia with me to start his Bible college here at Victory Baptist Church in South Carolina. I asked for the estimate of the repairs and the warranty information which at this time he ignores me. I continued to keep him updated and asked several times that I could work out a payment arrangement till the bill was satisfied and I would come pick it up. Jeff continues to ignore me, never answers he phone, and never responds. I explained to him I would start sending him a 1,000 a month starting September 28th till the bill was paid. Of course he never responded. In the process of this my sister had a settlement from a situation where she offered to pay the bill. My sister has the funds and I explained I would be taking care of this the 1st week of October. Yet this guy on September 27th the day before that I explained I start a payment on the 28th calls my Finance Company claiming my car has been there since June and he needs 7,471.86 to include storage fees along with repairs on the car. Jeff then has my car surrendered to my Finance Company who orders a repossession on it, which I'm not one day behind on my payments, and has my car impounded.My son and I are totally offended regarding this situation. One of the lawyers I'm speaking to made it very clear that Jeff has committed a criminal act. All I can say as Nathan pointed the finger in David's face, "Thou art the man"! This will be brought before the church where he fellowships at as well as criminal action. What an absolute liar, che

Called my own roadside assistance and the young man couldn't get spare from under our truck. I was told I would need to have someone tow the truck and since it wasn't on my policy even though I was with the vehicle was going to cost almost $300.00!!! I called 2 private towing services. The 1st one didn't answer and the 2nd was Smith Towing. From the time Joseph took my call, he was there within minutes. Didn't need a tow after all, was able to get spare from under the truck. Awesome customer service. Above and beyond service. Will definitely use them again and will always recommend them. And the price was reasonable. 5☆☆☆☆☆Service: Tire change
