Roach in tub, had to make a noise complaint, which wasn't taken care of until I contacted expedia customer service (bc that's who I booked through) to tell them my complaint. They called the hotel and the situation was handled right away. Thanks Expedia!!!

You could tell they didn't clean the room before we walked in, there was a fake finger nail in the middle of the floor. I have no doubt that the next guest will find it

I'm assuming nobody works here bc I've been trying to get my packages for a few days now. They put a number to call but it's the number to the front desk which nobody works. Decent hotel but where the hell is the staff?? MARCO! And nobody to yell polo.
