“Great experience. This was my first time to purchase containers. Cal was easy to work with and had the best price in town. The delivery had to be changed a few times on my end, which was no problem for Jennifer and CSR team. We scheduled a 2pm delivery at our new facility and Frank showed up exactly at 2pm. He put these exactly where I needed them with ease and was on his way in 15 minutes. Great service all the way around. I highly recommend EMS.”

“Have used this location for shipping all over the world and in the USA, customer service has been above average all the way. They have always taken the time to give me multiple prices because, DHL, Fedx and postal are not the same cost or the same service . By taking the time to compare prices and shipping times, I have always got the best service, time and delivery dates for what I had to ship. As far as masks, like I have read on other comments, during the pandemic they were the required masks. Now they do not. So I do not know what that person’s problem was about the mask, but it was her problem not the employees that was the problem.”

“Many times, I have used this store for various reasons, but recently, I went there to return my Amazon order. I made it clear to the clerk that I purchased 5 items, and I am returning 4 for a refund . And he made out the return label for only 3. Long story short, my return items all made it to Amazon except one. I had to pay for this item that somehow got lost in the shuffle , it isn't about the money, but the principle . Other than that, the staff is incredible, working hard to assist everyone as quickly as possible, Good work, guys , but pay closer when someone explains a situation.”

He was very friendly and helpful and no his job very well, and he did a great job of packaging my item and helping me to arrange shipment. I would highly recommend you see this gentleman at this particular FedEx store. This store is very clean and organized , very well kept and very welcoming. I highly recommend this particular store. I’ve been several times and they do a great job taking care of me.”

“Huge shout out to Ali, such a friendly and helpful man who went above and beyond for me today. I didn’t realize the store closed at 3pm and arrived close to 4pm. I was carrying very heavy packages and when I went to open the door I realized it was locked. I went walking back to my car and he ran outside to get my attention. Despite them being closed and him having other matters to attend to he happily with a smile told me he’d be more than happy to help me. Such a friendly and kind man. This is the only UPS store I’ll be going to moving forward. UPS is extremely lucky to have you Ali. Thanks again for helping me today. It meant a lot. - Steven”
