“Overall it is a decent store. The filling in manager who runs another store was friendly, and helpful. The transaction was complete within minutes. Would have been faster had I not tangled up multiple necklaces most were costume but the manager without hesitation said there is at least one the has value. Untangling the mess I made took more time the the paperwork. He appeared to be training a new employee and coached him through several key points but did not interfere with the process. I walked in thinking it was gonna be a waste of time but left feeling more then satisfied. Will recommend to friends and family .”

“I'm a delivery driver so I was out this way dropping off a customer's food, so I thought I would stop in and see what they had for James Avery items. Not only did I find a James Avery cross that fit perfectly on my necklace, but I also found a James Avery charm bracelet and a James Avery wedding band to put on layaway! The employee that helped me was very nice and accommodating. I will be shopping here more often because their prices are very reasonable! Thank you so much for a pleasant buying experience.”
