The metro store over in Crosby Texas don't answer there phones at all when you need any assistance or help with them that's not good business when they ignore your call especially when you are a value customer

This mannagger, if that's what you can call her, is a despot and also according to how they open at 10 am and she arrived at 10:15 am, she's a genius and has very little desire to serve customers. Bad service. Look for another store. It will be the best.

Be careful with the manager of this place, which is María, she tried to deceive me by telling me that she would give me the accessories and in the end she ended up charging me for them and so that I would not realize it, she denied me the receipt, claiming that her printing machine was not working, lie after lie in the end I had to go to another store to have the problem solved!Be careful with this employee!

Call to ask a simple question on changing hot spot. She couldn't even answer the question and doesnt sound like she knows what she is doing. Get sum training in there.

Went inside the store in crosby for the first time and Almin helped my mother pick out a phone. She didnt know what kind of phone she wanted. She just wanted a new phone. Almin was very respectful and very persuating. Thank you Almin for helping my mom!
