I had the worst experience from this company as a first-time client, and it will be the last one too. I showed up IN PERSON early this year ( February 14th ) to file taxes and paid in full for both my tax balance AND H&R Block services to then find out from the IRS that I never paid months later!!! H&R Block never notified me of their mistake that took months from me finding out on my own, so I had to pay a penalty fee as a DELINQUENT to the IRS to the sum of $500 !!! I've contacted H&R about this numerous times with no help from anybody.I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO DO THEIR TAXES HERE. THE AUDACITY OF THEY TAKING A SERVICE PAYMENT WHEN THEY MADE A COSTLY MISTAKE IS BEYOND BELIEF.AS FAR AS I'M CONCERN, THEY OWE ME THE DELINQUENT FEE I HAD TO PAY THE IRS AND THEIR INITIAL SERVICE CHARGE.
