“3 bikes that was locked up and was stolen from front of building in view of cameras. still haven't heard from management about it and who was on camera cutting my lock off. They left 1 bike cuz it was on flat......Food & drinks: breakfast needs help cuz the waffle mix was not mixed very well and very watery plus no syrup for waffles just honey and a meat or egg option would have been good to go along with waffle.”
“There score should be a 10! All customer service should follow in their footsteps. All the staff at the Hilton are amazing. Kind professionalism is top notch. Veronica should get a raise, she cheerfully goes the extra mile for the guests. The hotel was clean, smells good and the breakfast was delicious.”
“We had a great experience here and would definitely stay again! The hotel is new. Hotel and the staff were very nice. We really liked that the parking is secured with a gate that you need your room key to open. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable, and the mattresses have protective covers.The free breakfast was good with several choices.The lobby and breakfast area is very nice and There is a full bar. Unfortunately they did not have a bar tender yet because it’s new, but they still offered us complimentary beer and wine.Although it’s on the access road it wasn’t noisy because the highway is elevated above and it’s kind of tucked back with not much around it. The only issue was minor, the bathroom floor had some trash they missed underneath the sink. Overall great stay!”
“The staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is as expected for Hampton Inn- fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, eggs, sometimes gravy sometimes potatoes. Everything was great except workout room. Husband and I like treadmills and elliptical. First 2 days 1 treadmill wouldn't work...I did tell guest services and they saud they would have maintenance check it out. On 3rd day neither worked. Overall it was a very good stay. Thank you for being so friendly!”

“I waited to write this review because the property was well operated but I would not stay here again. The staff was nice and helpful. People outside drinking in the parking lot all hours of the night. Clientele here are mostly workers with loud vehicles. Loud late into the evening. Good place if you are working in the area but not what we were looking for in a hotel. We were there for a class and between loud occupants and traffic this did not work us.”

“After a long ride, it was a very peaceful and convenient place to stay when away from home. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff Victoria was very kind when calling to reserve and helpful with anything I needed also gave a few suggestions of areas I may like visiting for my weekend stay. She’s amazing we need more people with the customer service that was provided by her . In the evening Brandon with the black button was a doll with assisting me with extra bedding I needed. Very cool guy he’s very sweet and professional I loved his helpful attitude. With that kinda of treatment I felt more than valued as a guest/customer both 10/10. I recommend staying here. I felt very safe inside and outside. The complementary breakfast was great. Smells fresh and the staffing is awesome. We will be back! Thank you for being a great part of such an awesome weekend.”
“In the midst of recent flooding in my area we had to leave home and come here. This isn't the first time in this same senerio having to room here due to devastation from our weather and these guys that run this location have always been fair and super nice to us each time we've had to stay here. Highly recommendIsn't first class celeb type of living for a day or two but very very comfortable and convenient. Thx yall for being so cool”
“Very thankful for the other guests being safety aware and attentive. After a business dinner when drop off got awkward, parked instead of dropping at the door, a tall biracial man stopped at the entrance door to wait for me to dismiss the man dropping me off. I appreciate that more than I can express. The staff is friendly and the renovation is fresh.”

“Used this hotel while my power was out. The staff is friendly, caring, and polite. Although they had a limited menu for breakfast, it was more than adequate under the circumstances. They had been without power earlier. Hurricane Beryl had knocked trees down and power outages all over the area. The hotel was clean and the beds are comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. Will use them in the future.”
“Got a non-smoking room it reeked of cigarettes smoke people up all night and a staff barely spoke English and very disrespectful but the cleaning ladies were extremely attentive and nice.”
“ive seen reviews about roaches but there are none in the room. i guess they did a remodel or something but it worked because the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable (ac, tv, nice big shower + tub). there are bugs OUTSIDE but there are always bugs outside so i dont care LOL
the staff is friendly and gave us extra towels and stuff when we asked :3 the parking lot floods a LOT if it just rains for a little bit though, and their laundry room is a little out of order. but still very good and a nice place to stay after our house was screwed up by Beryl
also pet friendly as long as your pets arent terrible and untrained
Walkability: walking distance to walmart, waffle house, shell gas station, and like every fast food place you could think of. as well as chilis and other sit-downs down the street”

“Best place I've stayed in a long time. Hotel facility is nice. I needed to print something while there their business area was nice and easy to use. Room was very clean compaired to others I've stayed which costed more by the way and breakfast area was very nice. This place was reasonably priced for a suite and had all your bathroom nessities like full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers also a hair dryer. There were two tvs in our room which was nice cause my son stayed on the couch bed and we could all watch what we wanted when going to sleep. I saw absolutely no mold in the bathroom, it was above expectations. Very modern look to this hotel and it's rooms.”

“Very satisfied with my stay!!! Me, my husband, and daughter stayed for a couple months, and it was the best room we have ever had, very spacious and clean. Kitchen was perfect, pricing was affordable, and I love all of the nearby places to go to! I never had any trouble or problems at all throughout my whole stay! I love it! If we ever had to go back into the area, that is definitely the go-to motel!!! Thank you all so much.100% recommend!!”
