*UPDATE* I visited the store at 6am on the Wednesday after Beryl and the Manager CHAD provided the best customer service experience I've ever had. Not only did he initiate contact and answer my question, but he observed the shopping list in my hand and offered assistance in completing it. Chad deserves BIG recognition for going above and beyond, especially at such a stressful time in the area.”

“It's a good store, but Evrtything is Locked up and it's not easy to get any one to help. Check out lines are not organized, people just come at it from every angle, and people at the front dont even help out to form the line for more efficient check out process.”

But one issue that I find to be aggravating is whenever they're having a large holiday sale and you need assistance getting the things that they have locked up behind cages. Or on a shelf over ten foot tall and they're so shorthanded that you're in the store two hours to buy two things because you can't find help. Sometimes it's just better to buy it online.”

“Propane - needed to fill my C class camper. Saw the previous reviews here so I called ahead. Just need to make sure the propane trained people will be there and let them know you are coming. Managers were great, got me taken care of quickly and the parking lot was pretty easy to get in and out of.”
