I used to love shopping here for high quality/ brand clothing, I could find good deals on athletic clothes for $5-$7. The price was set for all clothes no matter the brand or condition they were in. This time I went to find some more clothing I realized that they have now placed a price tag on every piece of clothing in the rack. Some varying from $4 up to $20 for USED CLOTHING! The price also varied a lot by the brand of the clothes, some adidas shirts were $12 and they had some signs of wear but they were significantly more pricey because of the brand compared to an almost brand new non popular brand shirt that was $4, after noticing this I was pretty disappointed because I would rather pay $20 for new piece of clothing at a department store but I definitely wouldn’t pay this price at a thrift store specially for used clothes, I ended up not buying any clothes and just leaving the store, not sure if I will be purchasing any more clothes from here again. While I would love to support my community and help the environment at the same time I can see how greedy this company has become considering everything they have in the store is donated and they get almost 100% profit from all their sales, I don’t know if I will be supporting it anymore. Other than that the store is pretty organized and they have some interesting finds in the electronics section.

This used to be my favorite thrift store. Recently the pricing has become ridiculous. In the past you could get children's books for $1-2. Almost all are $3-4. We're not talking nice books. Book with stickers at scribbles in the and broken bindings. Some of the adult books I can get better pricing at an antique store. Damaged furniture is also high. They also have this new "special boutique" section. They mark up SheIn tops twice or more of what they originally sold for. I might as well just pay a few dollars more and shop at Marshalls. Every other set of shoes I looked at were $20. That's the thing. I'll shop else where and be fine. what about those who are low income who have to thrift to get by? I understand inflation is a thing, but goodwill gets their merchandise for free. I feel bad for those less fortunate. I hope they at least pay their employees more than minimum wage with the price hikes.

This is the most expensive Goodwill I have ever been to. They say that it's to help the community. But in reality it's the managers that are googling the product and setting the price based on what other people are selling it online. $30 for used Crocs? $50 for a broken 2DS? Really?

They had a nice coat that I wanted to buy for my homeless brother. At 24.99 I had to pass. I can buy a coat at Walmart for less than that! Ridiculous prices!! And it all goes to they're greedy Ceo as profit. Pathetic! I will never patronize Goodwill ever again!! ?

Way overpriced for a Goodwill! I usually shop several locations in Houston and their prices are on average 50% lower. I saw a large jewelery box for $39 it was missing drawers, had broken drawers and dirty. To top it off it was just a generic thing. Bottom line it might have been worth $10 considering the work it needed to be functional

Employees were BEYOND rude and broke a ceramic dog my mom had purchased, they were slamming our items at checkout and then our bag before we left, resulting in the broken dog. They spoke to me terribly, telling me to pick up something I didn't even touch as if that's not their job, while walking around the store on their phones. When going to checkout the employee didn't even respond to us asking if it was open or a single question we had. Absolutely terrible, don't shop here.
