Advertised they were doing $6,000 off a new F250 so i drove from Dallas. This guy Booger was trying some slick moves by changing the numbers on my trade after agreeing to give me $38k. This guy didnt even know the deal his dealership was giving. And i love it when sales guys "buy now specials change daily" then you should check your specials on a daily that way you know what they are! Especially if you are going to brag about how good of a salesman you are. Then when he finds out they were doing $6k off they go back and change the numbers on my trade from $38k down to $34k and this guy Booger comes back and expects me to sign off on these numbers hoping i wouldnt notice the change. SERIOUSLY who does this shady sheet? Only people who are trying to rip you off and they just expect me to go along to get along. I immediatley left. Then called back to speak with someone else. Talked to a sales manager and he agreed to give me the deal that they had advertised plus my original trade. Now most people would hav taken the deal but after thinking about it i dont do business this way. I make good enough money that i dont need this truck for $6k off. I would rather pay msrp than to take this deal. Why would i give someone who wants to diliberatly tried to rip me off my business! So i told them where they could go. I came back to Dallas and just ordered a F250 just the way i wanted and Ford Manufaturer gave me a $2,000 rebate on a new costume order. So i ended up paying less thru ordering one cas i didnt want to pay for a bunch of options i dont want. My truck is scheduled for production on Feb 19th and should arrive first part of March. But for anyone in the Crosby area i would roll right on over to Houston to buy a new Ford cas this place has proven to rip people off. Dont be a sheep! Bigger dealerships can give you a better deal. Its worth an extra 20 min drive to Houston.

Jose, Lucio, Nick, and Ulisses were all fantastic. Jose and Lucio worked with me to get the deal I wanted in a timely manner. Nick answered every question I had about accessories and the Whipple supercharger kits. Ulisses took good care of me in the finance department and made the paperwork process a breeze. No pressure and laid back! This is my second vehicle from Friendly Ford/Jose and I will be back!Thanks guys.

I'm always impressed with the warm welcoming environment of the service advisors, and how meticulous their technicians are! I know my vehicle and I are in good hands here. When other Ford dealerships are backed up for months, they can always get me serviced in a fraction of the time and at great prices!

I had to get my card fixed and was really worried about being without a car due to me being new in the area. Not only was I greeted immediately and helped. After speaking with Martin, he was extremely helpful! He was able to get me a loaner, so I wouldn’t be without reliable transportation and my car only took two days to fix. I’d highly recommend and now I have a ford service provider that can trust.

I was not the purchaser. However, the person I went with to purchase a vehicle got a great deal. They were very friendly and lived up to their name. The whole process only took a couple of hours. I was very impressed!

Eric Moses and the rest of the team at Friendly Ford provided one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The truck was as advertised and they worked to insure the whole process was smooth and fast. I definitely recommend these guys.

We did everything over the phone as much as we could anyway, sales rep Matt Coleman made the process very easy, easy to work with, a great guy! Will 100% recommend Friendly Ford and Matt Coleman. They really are friendly!

First time Ford buyer and could not ask for better! Ms. Debbie was absolutely amazing. Told her what I was looking for and my price range and she NAILED IT!! They explained all fees when it came to financing there was no gotcha fees 100% transparent. 10/10 can recommend especially if you go see Ms. Debbie, she will go above and beyond trying to help you.

So I just got a call back about my Q60 from Sewell Infiniti. They gave me a diagnostic saying how there was rodent damage and they sold the car to me with bad brakes. I called Friendly ford they would do nothing to help me with the cost and had a consistent attitude about it.

Bait and switch. They added 3k for "VIP" package. Used the low price to get Houstonians to leave the city in hopes of a good deal. Purchased a truck the next day at Joe Myers Ford. Never go here, it's a scam and they don't try to hide it. Shame on Friendly Ford.

Friendly Ford has a well deserved name, after having a bad experience at Randall Reed, Planet Ford. The staff at Friendly Ford took over and took care of me and my vehicle in an exceptional manner. Shout out to my service advisor Tessa, you are awesome, and so is the all the staff I had the good fortune to meet. I will continue to go out of my way to have my Expedition serviced at Friendly Ford
