Great visit to the service department. A+ customer service from the time I drove up with the service porter to the cashiers. Extremely helpful and insightful throughout the service job on my vehicle. Debbie was so easy to work with and refreshing to see her concern for her patrons. My last visit was not as delightful, so I wanted to give credit where credit is due! I love to support local businesses and like spending my money where I feel valued.

After arriving in the USA, a car was necessary to live in Houston. Craig ("Peanut" or "Cacahuete", that's what he told us to call him, making it more familiar) was very friendly and helped us with everything. He explained to us in detail everything we needed for the car. I recommend it without a doubt!

Jose and the staff at Friendly Ford of Crosby Texas are amazing! I purchased my 24 F250 all the way from Florida. Friendly Fords staff made the purchase very pleasant, fast and very clear. I would in a heartbeat take another trip to Texas and purchase another Ford from the guys at Friendly Ford in Crosby Texas!!

I took my vehicle in on a Saturday. There were 2 recalls on my car. They fixed both of the recalls and DELIVERED my car to me, in a town that is 30 minutes away, FREE of charge! You can't beat that kind of service!

Buyer beware!!! Classic bait and switch. Spoke with James Maas yesterday about a F-150, and he confirmed they had it in stock. He was very agreeable to everything over the phone, and asked when I could come look at it. I told him I lived in Louisiana, but I could leave in the morning and make it there by noon. We confirmed an appointment and this morning I started my trip down. An hour in, James texted me and confirmed he was pulling my truck around to get it ready. I arrived at the dealership three hours later and didn’t see the truck. As I was parking, another worker pulled around in a similar F-150. When I got out he asked my name and who I was there to see. After I gave him the information, he said ok this the truck I was just going put gas in it. I told him that was not the same truck, and that’s when he proceeded to tell me the one I came to see was brought to the upfitters earlier that morning for accessories and add-ons. The truck he brought had a $1600 package I didn’t want, and $2200 of dealer add-ons already installed. I told him I would test drive it if they would match the price of the one we agreed upon. He went inside and said he would ask James, then came out less than a minute later and said they wouldn’t match the price. I never actually met James, he couldn’t even muster the decency to come speak to me face to face. Then refused to answer any texts. In total I drove 8 hours, and spent about 5 minutes at the dealership. If that’s the type of games they play, then I can only imagine what they would’ve tried had they gotten me inside.

Truck due for 30,000 mile service. Made appointment and scheduled pickup and drop off. Very convenient and timely.
