Best customer service and reasonable prices. They will get you in and out, and they’re knowledgeable about repairs. They’re open on Saturdays, that’s convenient for customers that work during weekdays. Definitely will be back!

A few weeks back I broke down headed to work ( ball joint broke) so I had my car towed to these guys. After looking over my car the presented me with a few options to move forward, very up and open about everything. They even stayed alil later than normal to finish the job and get me back on the road headed home. Will definitely high recommend doing business with them.

I honestly can say that this place is by far the best auto mechanic shop I have experienced. They care about your vehicle issues and gets to the bottom of whatever problem your vehicle is having. I love honest mechanics and I prayed and asked God where do I go to take my vehicle this time around because I have dealt with some dishonest mechanics and all O heard Him say is go to Crosby. My husband and I was together driving and we felt led to go here. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop. The managers are very nice and professional as well as understanding of your vehicle needs.

I went in at 9am when they open to get an alignment he told me there were 2 cars that needed an oil change In front of me and that it would be like 40 minutes. I said okay that’s fine and he wrote me down so I could go after the 2 oil changes, I left then came back in 30 minutes, after that he told me the alignment would take about an hour and 30 minutes and that I could leave or wait so I got picked up by someone around 10 and left my car there. I called at 11:30 to ask for an update and he had told me they were barely starting to work on it and I would be another hour and 30 minutes so I said I’ve whatever it’s already there as long as I get my alignment done. then I go at 1:40 to pick my car up I get there and ask if it was done just for them to tell me that they haven’t even started on it they never even moved my car from the same parking spot I left it at. So you’re telling me in the 4 hours my car was there they never even touched it. Does each oil change take 2 hours or what??? And if they knew they weren’t going to be able to work on it why not say something i could’ve taken my car somewhere else since I go into work at 2 but they waisted my whole morning just to not even work on my car.
